This is a scam Roku are not covering the broken remote so there is no way of using Roku something I pay and subscribe to already . I am going to stop Roku subscription if I don’t get a call within 24hrs.

Been two days now trying to get it working
  • Can’t do anything without purchasing the app

    By marieixel
If an app can’t offer a reasonable amount of functions without the user paying a cost, then it should not be listed as a free app. I’d prefer to know in advance if there’s a price tag attached rather than downloading 8 similar apps only to realize none of them are actually “free” unless you don’t care about simple features such as turning the volume up/down.

Yes, CDN$49.99 is expensive, and it’s wireless and the company needs money. Maybe you should look at Adobe’s prices and see if you can afford it, Microsoft 365 is a lot, as well. To disable your subscription, go to the App Store, click on you let profile, head over to the Subscriptions tab, and unsubscribe from there immediately, because it will continue the trial and you won’t have to pay when it’s over. If you want a refund, but I can tell you’re not getting one because this is your fault in the first place (haha sucker), contact apple. Or, if you are too scared to contact a company that bans everyone on their community page for saying the word “Beta” (I’m still mad at you about that apple “Beta Fish” get out ah herya), then use Swagbucks. If they charged you this money every month then it would be a bigger deal, but chill out. Contact Apple First. Or, go cry in you little corner and pout like a dumb 0.01 millisecond old child. Now, bye. This is the Son of the account.

Wish I could give zero stars. This app is not the official roku app. Delete it if you have it already! The legit roku app doesn’t ask for a subscription. I was super confused and thought nothing of it, but this is a scam.
  • Can’t cancel subscription

    By cesnear
Do not get this app. It will not let you cancel subscription and it falsely states that it has a 3 day trial. It states you can email someone but that email doesn’t answer until your time passes and it charges you for the full year. What a joke of an app and company. Absolute clown show.
