Good when it works. Quite a pain when it doesn’t.
  • Déçu de l’obligation du renouvellement automatique.

L’application fait bien son travail, mais l’obligation du renouvellement automatique et le fait que le paiement passe un mois avant est très décevant

The VPN is very bothersome. It takes a long time to connect with no internet connection when connecting. Cancelling subscription.
  • Do NOT trust it’s firewall

Whether you set their firewall to connect on demand or manually stay on all the time, it randomly shuts itself off, and it stays off. This is not isolated to the latest version. This software just keeps getting buggier. Think about this for a moment: Norton 360 doesn’t scan for malware on iOS (there are no true malware scanners for iOS or iPadOS). Sure, it will tell me if there’s an iOS update, and it does it in a flashy way that makes it appear as though your iPhone is suddenly at severe risk, but my iPhone already alerts me about updates. So, where does that leave me? I use it for the VPN, and I can’t trust their (very slow) VPN, then what purpose does it serve? None.

Since I got Norton 360, i have it on my iPhone and since I’ve gotten it, I’m always loosing my wi-fi. Even when it goes to my cell data, I have unlimited data so I shouldn’t loose all connection to my phone. If I “google” something at least half the time nothing works. And it’s not crappy sites I’m trying to access it’s my bank or credit cards and it won’t do anything. I used to get Norton included with my Internet service but now they want $6 month and it’s terrible. I’m usually about 5-10 feet from my router but my phone usually says 3G and I have to shut the work-fi off and turn it back on and I’ll get wi-fi for a minute or two and then it goes back to 3G and half the time neither will connect to anything. If it doesn’t improve I’ll be getting rid of it and finding a service that actually works.

I am wondering if I have Norton security why did I get a warning that I had a data leak ? I accidentally dropped my phone and lost the info about who was compromised, the only one I caught was Capital One.
  • The VPN setting needs work

Ok, yes, I know that the network that I’m on is unsure, but when I’m connected to VPN (thus mitigating that risk) don’t keep notifying me that the wifi is unsafe! Seeing that “1” indication by your icon, and then seeing the warning makes me select the VPN setting to make sure everything is still OK! This is annoying…please fix it!
