Scan truck you need to pay your annual subscription. Seems like I just paid it there’s no billing cycle. Nothing that comes. You’re not sure if you’re paying it when you’re not supposed to or if you’re paying in excess try to contact no phone number very disappointing. just want to facts.

  • Buyer Beware

    By Reyna Family
WARNING: If you choose Premium you will automatically be charged $69.99 for renewal every year after! So expensive for a device I don't even use since my husband found it difficult to operate. Oh, and no refunds!!!! Would not even give it one star but that's the lowest I can rate.

I already have the sensor ready to plug in and have the app downloaded but it will not let me open the app or login it only lets me go to the buy a sensor page which I don’t need to buy.

  • Satisfied to Disappointed Customer

Was initially happy with this service until it came time to cancel. I wasn’t able to log in to cancel, you need your “activation code” to do so. Contacted the CS team on the last day of my subscription and requested a cancellation. Didn’t get a response until the next day, was charged and declined a refund. Buyer Beware!
  • Wrong development emphasis

    By fed up with improvements
1/10/23 Recently, I had an ABS issue. FIXD couldn’t tell me I had a wheel speed sensor failure on the Right Rear wheel. Had to pay a mechanic $60 to run his ODB reader and tell me which one. Then I ordered the part and installed it myself. App development continues to focus on irrelevant content, at the expense of core functionality. Is this an ODB reader, or a services referral app masquerading as and ODB reader? I urge the developer to focus on supporting more common codes, especially around O2 sensors, ABS, and others requiring serious attention. That’s why people buy the device - to find out what is wrong so WE can fix it - not to find out who we can take it too, or as a reminder to rotate our tires or change our oil, or to turn on our turn signal before we turn! Stick with delivering core functionality! If there are too many codes, you better get started on them! 12/1/22 how about putting more emphasis on supporting more codes, and less on frills like videos, generic pricing, and referrals? This is an OBD reader app - let’s focus on reading codes and giving the actual details about the codes and their causes, rather than anything but! There are SO MANY common codes for which there is NO information whatsoever provided by the app. How about starting with running down the details on all the codes that people are scanning, and including useful information on them in each subsequent release? THAT would actually make the app useful as an OBD reader app…
  • Waste of time and money

I was really excited that I bought the fixd sensor because I though it was going to help me scan the problem of my check engine light and after 3 hours of troubleshooting trying to scan my cars it didn't work. I email them to get help and it seems like they have an automated reply software that just gives you the run around. I am very dissapointed and I want my money back.
