    Reviewing this in Feb 2021, this app crashes constantly. In the middle of watching a show, it’ll freeze up. Now, I can’t even log in. Will update my review when these bugs are resolved.

    Since I downloaded the app, there have been many glitches. I click on an episode in season 2, but it plays that episode number in season 1. The screen freezes a lot when trying to choose the show too.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I have maybe written only 2 reviews in my life but this scam of a streaming service does not deserve a star at all. Freezes so you cannot login. After you login it says password or name are not right... and they are. They send you access codes that do nothing. On phone you have to enter pswd and access code but it freezes before you can. Emails never really address problem. Must be 1 guy answering them and they have a set of replies they push out. Nothing personal enough to help you solve a problem. I signed up for this app and quit it a month later. Recently re signed up for 1 specific show (monthly payments mind you) and now I am quitting again because this is THE WORST streaming app ever!!

    So many bugs. I’m trying to watch a show and it does not track my progress throughout any episode. It will glitch and the voices/sounds from previous parts of an episode will play over current scenes. If I don’t finish the episode, it will start over. Also, I can’t move the bar at the bottom to find my spot, because I’m using an iPhone and the dot to move is directly under the bar used to close apps... I just can’t. It’s so disappointing.

    Do not and I mean do not get this app is very unreliable when it comes to deleting and unsubscribing I am still getting charged for the the app I have attempted may times at unsubscribing and deleting the app but I am still being charged for something I DO NOT USE it is absolutely ridiculous that I cant get ahold of a over the phone consumer service rep aside from email and not even that has been helpful. I am very displeased with the app and services provided.

    I purchased the app because I loved watching. , “ Discovery of Witches.” However, they double billed my account i subscribed to the monthly fee of $6.99 and they charged the year fee $59.99 and the $6.99 fee. They have no customer service, you cant talk to anyone. I had to call my bank, disputing the charge of $59.99 and then cancel the subscription. Not worth the trouble in my opinion!

    They will absolutely steal your money. (Google it) I signed up for the subscription but then I canceled it before the 7 days were over. I didn’t care for the app or the shows. They charged me a $60 annual membership anyway! Now the only way you have to contact them is by “submitting” a ticket. It also should be noted that when you sign up or cancel with them. They provide you ZERO emails with confirmations. Super shady. I’ve never seen a streaming company be this shady before. Now I’m battling to get a response back from their “ticket service” about the money the stole from me.

    This app is terrible! It sporadically just breaks and doesn’t allow you to continue watching a series. I’ve had a subscription to this app for over a year. I watch it occasionally. It’s very difficult to get help from the developers. Sometimes I really hate streaming developers because they never answer their health tickets
