    Downloaded to learn why I am so sleepy during daytime Only have used it for about 10 days and have learned more about my sleeping patterns but I do know it isn’t as accurate as it might could be When I cannot sleep, I spend time on my phone. My watch is still so records me sleeping lightly but I am really awake wishing I could sleep

    It’s impossible to get regular readings using this app. I tried to give it time to become adjusted to my sleep patterns as they suggested but it never improved in performance. Their suggestions to reset the program has never worked to solve the bad readings. When I requested a refund after three weeks, they suggested I reset the program again. They have never replied to my refund requests. Don’t waste your $$$.

    I paid for this app so I could hear myself talk in my sleep and Pillow is not letting me listen to a lot of the recordings. I love the idea of this app but I can only give it 1 star b/c I paid and I’m not getting my money’s worth. Please fix this so I can give it 5 stars!!

    It just doesn’t work. Had the app less than a week and every session insufficient data. I had upgraded after the first session because the free version is pretty useless.

    If only this app functioned like it’s supposed to every day. But it does not. It literally works perfectly one night and then the next two nights not even close. Loses connection with watch a good portion of the time and you set a snooze for ten minutes and the alarm literally goes every 30 seconds. When I go to bed and try to start the sleep cycle I don’t want to have to wait 20 minutes for it to start working. My advice use the free version until the app is fixed.

    I’ve had this app for the last 3-4 weeks. This app is like a “hit or miss” app. There were days that it did record my sleep and other days that it didn’t record nothing. Also it doesn’t record correctly. There would be days that it said that I fell asleep around 3:30 in the am and woke up at 4:15 in the am. So basically the app says that I slept for only 45 minutes. I understand that it senses the movement of the watch but still 45 minutes. My old FitBit watch was way much better at recording my sleeping hours. And the FitBit was pretty spot on on the hours that I slept. To bad on the app but I’m going to get rid of this app.
  • Why No Audio Recording or Sleep-Talk/Snore Detection in Automatic Tracking?

    This isn’t as user friendly as i had hoped. Not very accurate it turns out too. And SUPER lame to not have audio-record available when set to automatic sleep tracking. Should be an option. Especially if I’m telling the app when I’m going to sleep. I shouldn’t have to go through a bunch of steps and swipes to learn why and when certain features are available based on my setting choices. And i don’t like the alarm on this app. I much prefer the standard apple clock app or sleep watch alarms. Plus I really only got this Pillow App to see what kinda weird stuff i say in the night (and prove i don’t snore haha) but it’s proving to be more hassle and complicated than its worth. I hope Apple comes up with an accurate and efficient audio-record feature (or stand alone audio-sleep-track app) if this app can’t figure out how to offer audio record as an option for any setting whether it be auto-track or manual.
