I’ve had trap call for a couple months and noticed that a lot of the numbers were identified incorrectly, wether I type them in to search or if I have an incoming call. For example, my mother has had the same number for over 15 years and it tells me her name his Ricardo, and only just “Ricardo”. I assure you, that is not her name unless she has a secret singing career in Spain she didn’t tell me about. This baffles me because she’s saved in my phone as “Mom” to boot! My doctors office in Boston will come up as some random sports federation in middle America. I let several calls I needed to answer go to VM because these mistakes. Will try another app!

I downloaded this app on my personal and work cell phones as I was receiving harassing phone calls from someone that continued to use other phone numbers after being blocked. The app seemed ok at first but the caller ID data is often incorrect. My own mother called and it’s recorded her under a few different names. I would understand if she had a relatively new number but she’s had the same number since she had the clunky bag/car phone in the 90s. I cancelled my subscription and uninstalled the app on both phones. I started noticing people would call my work phone multiple times and never leave a voicemail. I do get some spam calls but I didn’t receive a single voicemail over a few weeks. I figured out my voicemail wasn’t working at all. I tried all kinds of fixes and updates thinking it was caused by and iOS update or carrier issue. Wrong. It was all caused by Trap Call. I finally located a fix on their site and the issue was resolved but getting to that point was time consuming and my business had already been negatively impacted. Do not use this app.

It is not telling me who is calling... just where they are calling from, which is easy to tell because I am able to see the area code.
  • Not worth the money

Would not recommend. The only numbers it can find are numbers you can google search yourself Wish I would have not spent the money on it.

Not what I thought, works less than 50% of the time for twice what I could pay for verizon caller ID, hasnt been able to do anything more than that, and..most calls I try to trap, somehow the caller knows that I am trapping them and they simply hang up, not allowing me to see who it is.....

Would work great if the caller was only from land lines. ‭+1 (229) 518-6462‬ is the number that keeps calling me, so I will never find out whose blocking the call. Big waste of money

Took my money that’s no refundable... I added features/ upgraded my bundle deal just to get this app to work & still nothing. So basically I paid you guy for nothing and had to upgrade my cell phone plan to still get the same error... Email sent but gotten no response 🤯
