I’ve been using this app for about 10 weeks now and I really like it. The program is progressive so it started out fairly easy and has got more challenging as time goes on. I am a yoga noob so this was perfect for me. My only complaint is that the app itself is buggy and tends to crash, but it’s not so bad I can’t use it.

I’ve used this program for over two months. It has so much available: workouts (choose a program or create your own), personal progress with pictures and measurements, nutritional videos and recipes, and support from others. The yearly price is worth it when you compare it to gym prices. I’m seeing results already and feel much better. DDPYoga is great!

I like the setup and everything I think it a little pricey for the whole app to work I still haven’t been able to afford to get the full app but love the free stuff

I lost 50 lbs and fixed chronic knee injuries with DDP YOGA DVDs, and now since a recent pregnancy, I’m losing the weight again. The app makes the already wonderful program EVEN BETTER! You get all the DVDs, along with live workouts from multiple instructors and other types of workouts (chair yoga, rebuilding for injuries, prenatal). There’s loads of other functions like Bluetooth for your heart rate, recipes, DDP TV, and so on. I couldn’t recommend this more.

Using it 3-4 times per. Week. Always new stuff. Suggestion: make the sign-in keyboard easier. Sometimes it takes 3-4 tries to. Get in...
