  • Fake restaurants

    By TheyDontCareAboutUs
I find it to be pretty deceiving to have fake names for restaurants and then after you order you find out who the restaurant really is.
  • Mostly Enjoy the App

    By Romez77
I usually don’t have problems with the app, but the few times my order shows up with items missing is extremely frustrating. I know it’s the restaurants getting the order wrong, but there should be some communication between the restaurant and the driver to make sure the order is correct. DoorDash is pretty good about giving customers a credit for missing items, but it’s still an issue that shouldn’t happen.
  • Tipping….

    By kellibellaxoxo
I wish I could tip after the delivery. I’ve ordered several times and left instructions for the doorbell not to be rung due to a sleeping baby. It’s amazing how many times my baby’s been woken up because my driver can’t follow this simple request. I’ve also encountered some rude phone calls from drivers. Wish I could take those tips back for the poor drivers and tip more for the good ones.
  • Door Dash Pool

    By TheCharlieHop
I’m done with this app because they keep diverting my driver after he has picked up my food to go to another restaurant, sit and wait for food, then deliver it, all while my food is rolling around in the back getting cold and delivery time goes up and up and up. Trying a different delivery app.
  • GPS is always wrong

    By michelliebean
I don’t know what GPS DoorDash uses, but every time the drivers get sent to the wrong place. BUT I live in Utah, it’s not that hard to figure out my address. It’s a grid system.
  • Bad Service

    By woweveryusernameistakenwth
Imagine paying 3x the normal price of an order to get a wrong order or not delivered at all. People can argue that the 3x cost is for the service, but if the orders are being consistently wrong or go missing then is it really worth it?
  • Best delivery app alive, this century

  • Trash

Trash just like the driver app
  • Like it not love it

    By KillAbrille
Still getting used to features and just saw my first free delivery from a decent place in town. Can’t say I need the app though. I thought there would be better incentives included. Would recommend if traveling and no access to kitchen or cooking area. The extra fees make it seem like I’m being wasteful. It’s definitely a must on days I didn’t make time for meal prepping
  • Food never comes on time and orders cancel after 45 minutes

    By 16278363873847484
Your food will never be on the time the app says. Constantly missing items. They cancel your order after you waiting 30-45 minutes alread sometimes over an hour.
