  • Stole my money twice...

I purchased the in-app subscription for both my children on two different devices. It kept giving me an error message. I tried deleting the app and re downloading it. I tried on my latest iPhone and multiple other iOS devices with latest software. I finally reached out to the developers and haven’t gotten any assistance. It’s been over a month.
  • Expensive and impossible to cancel

Bought this app when kids went to virtual school, butDid not realize that it would be so expensive and completely impossible to cancel. I contacted the company which was not easy to even find the contact information, and they promised that I would be refunded and that the subscription would be prorated. Not only was I not refunded, it also did not cancel. There is no option under the Apple subscriptions to actually cancel this app. Please do not buy, there are other ones out there that are free, just as good, or are included in your kids school district subscriptions.

Not a very well thought out app and terrible customer service. Disappointing what they charge for such poor content. I also tried to unsubscribe and cancel my account six times and I still receive emails. I’ve emailed them too and received no feedback about closing my account.

This app is the best app and I highly recommend. Not only is my son learning from it, he looks forward to playing it everyday!! I couldn’t be more thrilled I decided to purchase!! I’m very happy!! Worth the price and everything in between!

Where is the store? The coins will pile up without some “bug fix”! Update: I made this 5 stars, and also gave you a 5-star rating. You asked for it. 😀
  • Kids got bored after a few uses!

My kids liked exploring the app at first, but after a few uses, my kids no longer liked it. It didn’t hold their attention. They don’t like the hippo that pops up. The app is now a “chore” and I require them to do it from time-to-time because I paid for it .... but they don’t choose to do it. (When purchasing it I had hoped the kids would have fun and would enjoy practicing their math. That is not the case.)
  • No sound, no customer service

Every app, even that free annoying one you accidentally downloaded that’s loaded with ads has reliable sound. This one- for $89.99 apparently has major sound issues and non-responsive customer service. 95% of the time the sound doesn't work. Sometimes it randomly appears and then disappears as quick. FAQs mention sound issues but that doesn't help. Sent 3 requests for help over 1 week trial period with no response. Even with the sporadic sound and me vocalizing the rest, this game is my kids least preferred game- and they aren't very demanding- Actually they prefer to sit and make puzzles vs play this game. Why? A reward of a fish or some food for a fish is really nothing fun or exciting. The exercises are repetitive and not very creative. For 89.99 i would expect more
