Just tap the ‘Find’ button. *Find your phone Double press the Tile button on your Tile to make your phone ring, even when it’s on silent. *See it on a map When your Tile is not nearby, you'll see the last time and place it was updated on a map so you can retrace your steps. *Use community find If your Tile is truly lost, select “Notify When Found.” When any user in Tile’s global network comes within range of your missing item, theTile app will notify you about its most recent location. *Ask Your Smart Home The easiest way to find is by using your voice.   • Premium services do not work

    Got this for Valentine’s Day. Was very excited by the feature which reminds you if you leave a tile, such as a laptop at home for example. Purchased the premium subscription and set all tiles to alert me. Kept the app running, left my tiles at home and drove several miles away. Nothing happened. Bummer. The tile alarm range is limited to Bluetooth range which may be too short for many homes. The tiles although thin could be thinner still. Future versions of this product will improve I’m sure.

    The latest update forces you to let the app know your location ALWAYS. NO WAY WILL I DO THAT. EVER. The product is even more useless than when I wrote my first review. —————— Tile hit this holiday’s “gift for a friend but not a close friend” pricing sweet spot, just like the Pet Rock of a few years ago. There are many comments here that do a good job of criticizing it. I will never understand how the average rating is as high as it is.
  • Battery Hungry GPS tracking

    My battery no longer lasts all day. Phone is dying by 5:00 and this app is the culprit. Remove the app, happy battery, reinstall the app, unhappy battery. Turn off “always on” GPS track and app refuses to stop warning you that it needs “always on” GPS tracking.

    Always hit or miss if it’ll actually ring the tile device. Sometimes I’ll get the “tile not in range” even when it’s in the same room!

    Am I the only one experiencing an issue with changing the ringtone??? The one I have right now is so annoying and when I click save a new ringtone... it doesn’t save! I’m getting to fed up with this. As long as this product has been out there still isn’t a fix to this basic issue.😡🤬

    I’ve had a Tile for years, my newest tile doesn’t work as well as my past ones, I thought premium would help, it didn’t, still cannot find my keys and it keeps telling me my tile is not running.

    I have the app but for some reason my iPhone 7 won’t work with the app it will open but shut down I tried every normal thing but it still won’t work I have it connected to my air pods pro

    I thought this would be a great product, and one day it might be. As of now the Android app is missing options that the iPhone app has, which is the ability to share your tile with someone. Additionally, I'm constantly getting false alerts of leaving without the tile when that isn't the case. Attempts to reach customer service are met with generic replies days later, it doesn't even look like they've read my issue before responding.
  • Waiting Over An Hour for Reset Pass Email

    App reset for some reason. Cannot find keys. Sent the reset request over an hour ago. No Email. Resent two other requests. Still waiting. Lack of response makes this thing useless. Yet it can still send me repeated requests to allow others to use....
  • Bad design

    Can’t remove a tile from account. You can only hide one. Make sure to name the tiles you want to hide with dummy names, because they won’t allow duplicates between hid tiles and active tiles. And the customer service is very rude.
