  • Almost impossible to cancel

    Noom is ok- they do give you some worthwhile tidbits. My issue is that even if you do everything you can to cancel, they will still try to ding you for a year renewal after 10 months. Fortunately my debit card on file expired so they weren’t successful. But I was forewarned by a friend they did this to as well. It’s like the Hotel California- you can’t really leave. And I hate companies that do business like that.

  • Crappy app with terrible customer service

    I purchased the plan and the app keeps crashing and making me start over. When I texted customer service they didn’t know how to fix it and said they would email. They emailed about a week later and never resolved the problem. No person to contact and you just get left paying for nothing
  • Kind of frustrating

    Why can’t I log water? Android users can. I can’t. Water is a struggle for me and if I saw somewhere to keep track I would be more mindful of it.

    I’ve been on Noom for quite a while. I love my coach and the group. I don’t love that I don’t have a water tracker like other users. I consistently update the app so what gives?
  • The Noom program for stress and anxiety

    It has been 6 or 7 weeks since I started this program and it has given me so many ways to deal with the stress and anxiety in my life. I am a work in progress but the most important things I have learned so far is to live in the present, focus on the positive and be grateful for even the simple things in our daily lives.
  • Good for tracking calories

    I wish I did not pay the extra for a coach - or wish they described how useless it is. She just sends links to articles - nothing customized at all for extra money. The food app is good and most all foods are listed. As a vegan it would be nice to have more ideas dedicated to us.

    I’ve done weight loss programs before but this one is different and is sustainable. I’m being shown a new way to eat without sacrificing the things I love to eat and that’s a big deal for me! I’m losing weight without feeling deprived. Isn’t that what we all want??!! Thanks Noom!
