Description

Hinge is the dating app that’s great at one thing: setting you up on great dates. And we’re not just saying that. On Hinge, 3 out of 4 first dates lead to second dates and we’re the #1 dating app mentioned in The New York Times wedding section. So if you’re looking for a BFF, a job, a pen pal, or a hookup, Hinge isn’t the place for you. Hinge is exclusively designed to get you out on great dates. Here’s how we do it: We quickly learn your type. You'll only be introduced to the best people for you. We give you a sense of someone’s personality. You'll get to know potential dates through their unique answers to prompts, and basic information like religion, height, and politics. We make it easy to start a conversation. Every match begins by someone liking or commenting on a specific part of your profile. Recently released! *Most Compatible: Each day we pair you with the one person we think you’re most likely to hit it off with. THE BUZZ ABOUT HINGE “A great option for those fed up with temporary love.” - TheNextWeb “Hinge’s CEO says a good dating app relies on vulnerability, not algorithms.” - Washington Post “Hinge Rolls Out 'Most Compatible' Feature To Expedite The IRL Experience.” - Forbes The app is free to use. • Really good app, needs a forwarding feature

For me, Hinge is better than Bumble. I like how I can filter the kinds of people I see so my time is used better when looking through profiles. I’m tall, so I want to see tall people, etc. However, a forwarding feature would be great- I’ve seen guys who I think a friend would be interested in, but I don’t want to match with the guy just to send a recommendation to him about my friend. Other than that, great platform.

I cannot even start using the app, because it wouldn’t let me finish updating my photos. Always crashed at my 5th pic, no matter what picture I chose.

Thanks for providing such a great variety of people and forcing a good conversation to start.

The two white people I spoke to on there were both jerks and dishonest. One lead me on for two weeks before blocking me. I just wish there was a way to easily see which people were the selfish egomaniacs and what not. :-/ but anyway, I like the app itself. I just was unsuccessful with the people I encountered. I also wish it was more diverse.
