Description

HINGE, DESIGNED TO BE DELETED Hinge is the dating app for people who want to get off dating apps. And it’s working. Currently, 3 out of 4 times Hinge members want to go on a second date, we’re the #1 mobile-first dating app mentioned in the New York Times wedding section, and we’re the fastest growing dating app in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. HOW WE GET YOU OFF HINGE In today’s digital world, singles are so busy matching that they’re not actually connecting, in person, where it counts. Hinge is on a mission to change that. So we built an app that’s designed to be deleted. * We quickly learn your type. You’ll only be introduced to the best people for you. * We give you a sense of someone’s personality. You’ll get to know potential dates through their unique answers to prompts, and personal information like religion, height, and politics. * We make it easy to start a conversation. Every match begins by someone liking or commenting on a specific part of your profile. * We ask how your dates are going. After exchanging phone numbers with a Match, we’ll follow up to hear how your date went so we can make better recommendations in the future. The app is free to use. Members looking to see who likes them or to set advanced preferences can upgrade to a Preferred Membership. THE BUZZ ABOUT HINGE “Hinge’s CEO says a good dating app relies on vulnerability, not algorithms.” - Washington Post "Hinge is the first dating app to actually measure real-world success" - TechCrunch “A great option for those fed up with temporary love.” -TheNextWeb SUBSCRIPTION INFO Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase Support: hello@hinge.co Terms of Service: https://hinge.co/terms.html Privacy Policy: https://hinge.co/privacy.html

Do you like bot girls who enjoy sarcasm, New Girl and going on adventures in Italy then this app is for you. Designed well, functions like smelly poo and literally no one replies because “real” girls have hundreds of messages. If you’re looking to try this swipe online dating, trust me, it just ends up with you depressingly spending money in hopes of a connection to be even more depressed when you get no results. Seriously all of these app are manipulating and feed off people who are genuinely looking for something real. 30$ for unlimited likes and nothing more, if you don’t pay good luck getting matches with 10 likes a day. Males are always taken advantage of on these dating swipe apps and this is no different.

I know I haven’t unmatched them and they don’t seem like they have unmatched me but my conversations keep disappearing.

Had just finished creating my profile, I tap to like someone's page and then was taken back to the Sign-In page. I try to log back in but I get a message saying my account was removed for violating guidelines without any clarification.

Ive been casually using hinge over the last month and sadly almost every other profile is a prostitute. I have begged the hinge support team to fix this issue and they refuse to help only informing me how to continue reporting them. How many prostitutes do I need to report for hinge to take this issue seriously?!?

I basically get maybe 1-3 likes per week which is pretty low. Maybe 5 max. Most of the people on here don’t see it as an ‘app that is meant to be deleted.’ Saw a couple looking for a third person. Basically have to pay for any benefit and even then it’s not great. Just flaky guys not looking for anything serious, similar to every other app except those are free. Needs a lot of improvement

Way too expensive and not good for a more reserved person blocking preferences until you upload lots of social media type stuff no thanks

I used to love this app. I’d match with ppl who weren’t flakey, we’d meet up and even if it went nowhere, it would normally at least be a nice date with someone I found very attractive. In the past year, the average attractiveness (to put it bluntly) of potential matches has gone way down. The only attractive people I see are new to the app. The “Standouts” feature is a blatant money grab that ensures you won’t match with that person, since you just come off as desperate. I assumed that paying $20(!!!) per month would be the last paywall, but that’s just the beginning. It’s gone from the best dating app to just an absurd joke. $4 just to message someone! It’s insane.
  • Not so good for people of color !

It takes months to get noticed or even get someone to chat with, despite the many likes you send out! It makes me think that it is not a good site for interracial dating. Maybe it was wrong to subscribe! It's a loss of money.
  • You’ll Get Banned

Hinge was great. I was having pleasant conversations with a number of potential matches. Then, without warning, Hinge decided to remove my account for supposedly violating terms of service. Here’s the catch, they don’t tell you what you did or when you did it. And no, there was no weird behavior on my end. They do provide an email where you can contest their ban but it’s very hard to make an argument when you don’t even know why you’re being banned. A quick search on Reddit reveals that this is common and that they never reply with any information. Save your cash and your swiping for Bumble or Tinder instead.
