Microsoft word keeps wanting me to sign in on my iPad and I do and still can’t do anything on the app. It wants me to get 365 and I don’t need that app. Now it works on my iPhone but not the iPad and it is the newest iPad.

  • Teaching?

    By David-Matthew
I was given an Apple I-pad for Christmas (2020), I ‘m a senior at that age where I missed a lot of foundational computer background education. (Thank God for grandchildren.) The main issues are: 1.) Having to pay $6.95 per month, PLUS TAX, to use Word. 2.) Seemingly not being able to consolidate my daily files into one file. (I write a small blog, and keep a journal) 3.) Not understanding why I can’t transfer presentations from my power point back to my Word document. And 4.) I have to pay $6.95 per month PLUS TAX. 5.) Apparently not being able to arrange my files by date.
  • Unable To Sign In

I just got the app. Microsoft sent me a code to recover my account (probably from years ago on my laptop). I entered it and clicked sign in and just got the wheel of death spinner. Frustrating.
