I love this app for all my Daily tasks but I think it’s really stupid that it requires me to verify my email to continue it shouldn’t force me to do that so I’ve decided to take my Todoist to a different app.

I am enjoying using this app! It has helped me take care of a number of things, and I’m glad I am subscribed to it. I haven’t yet done anything too complex, but setting up a couple important daily checklists has been incredibly useful. Thank you - whoever you are - who developed this app. You’ve done a great job and deserve to hear praise for your work. Thank you-

I’m a paid user and I love this app. but if you do not care the apple watch again, I will move to the apple reminders. Please do not forget the apple watch. I want to stay.
  • Great app, annoying paywall

Being reminded of tasks is a premium feature. Being able to have due date and reminders independently of one another on a task was the sole reason I wanted to try todoist. Instead, I will continue to use workarounds in Apple Reminders. Otherwise, I may end up picking up Microsoft To Do again. Free for the win!
  • No E2E encryption

With Apple introducing enhanced data privacy protections for iCloud accounts, I can no longer recommend Todoist over the default Apple reminders app. Functionally it’s superior, but protecting user privacy should be fundamental. I’ll rate it 5 stars when I know my data cannot be read by the developers at Doist because it can only be decrypted by my device.

ToDoIst is great. It’s easy to use and helps me keep track of anything and everything I need or want to. Create a task in ToDoIst and then never have to worry about it again.

Love the functions of this program. I use it for the GTF method. One addition would be a page to track notes for projects lists as not all projects have actions. I keep that separately in one note.
  • Calendar to schedule tasks

This the best productivity app I've ever used and have used many. The board feature is great and I use it to categorise my tasks into effort size. I think if there was a calendar for me to schedule the tasks it would be perfect feature for my ADHD brain and I'll never look for another productivity app again.

    1. Looks great. Very IOS 2. Desktop app looks great 3. Has app for every platform 4. iOS app sometimes hard to navigate 5. No Siri or reminders integration 6. Kind of expensive for the cloud syncing option 7. This has the most amazing, flexible and outstanding date generation and repeat description of any app of any kind. True natural language that can do any level of repeat over any time period, starting at any time. 8. Sub-tasks is cryptic and causes multiple versions of the same item to be shown 9. Developer support is slow, weak and development of this product moves at a snails pace. probably because they are working on 13 platforms at once. If this was just an iPhone system, it would be much better. 10. I disagree with the subscription method with Todo apps. After three years, I will have spent $84. Just charge me $19.99 for the mobile apps and $50 for the desktop app and let me stop paying. The continued payments do not buy me anything except use…I don’t like subscribing just to use software. Things and Omnifocus offer honest pricing and free syncing. All in all a good contender in the todo market.
