  • Don’t download this app

    By dhdicj en ex faf
It is better to use the browser version of their website. That way you will see less ads and no annoying notifications. Seeking Alpha has really gone downhill for last 5 years. Their sky high cost subscription is definitely not worth the money.
  • Bogus short reports

    By FkFees
This site puts out bogus information. They write short reports by anonymous journalists with short positions that try to capitalize off bringing down stocks. Not sure how they get away with this. They should be sued and those journalists should have to disclose their names.

App is easy to navigate and well designed for information searching
  • Garbage app

    By Resonates
This app is garbage. I accidentally connected my brokerage accounts. Now, that's all I can see on the app. This dumpster fire 🔥 is over engineered and extremely hard to navigate
  • Seeking Alpha is the bestest

    By Soyotto
Seeking Alpha keeps me informed about the market at all times. It is the best resource any investor can have. Thanks a lot SA!
  • Fact check

    By FactCheckBeforeYouPublish!!!
Seeking Alpha - do you fact checking your articles before you print them? Or do you allow simply anyone to write anything whether it’s true or not? I’m embarrassed by the amount of blatantly false, uninformed and poorly researched that you allow to be posted to your site. You have lost all credibility in my eyes.
  • Doesn’t work on all my devices, and no customer support

    By Whyiseverynicknametaken678
I have an iPhone and several iPads. I bought the app using my phone, but the app would not work on my iPads (like it is supposed to). So I signed up again on one of my iPads, but then they charged me again, meaning I was being double charged. There is no way to contact them to get this corrected, so I went through my credit card company. The credit card company also could not contact Seeking Alpha, so they went through Apple. My credit card company then got my Apple charge reversed, but then Apple canceled the app, so now I don’t get it on my phone, only my iPads. I have never had this issue with any app. And there is no way to contact them. One star is too generous.
  • Can’t connect my Schwab account

    By Eman backward
I initially gave seeking alpha 5 stars because I have been devouring the content, but then I realized I still have not been able to connect my Schwab trading account. I’ve been trying for a month. If they can resolve that issue I’ll switch back to 5 stars
  • Before trading any investment I always check Seeking Alpha

    By Trails36
Seeking Alpha writers add perspective, validity. I may not always agree but am glad for the “heads up”. I avoided many mistakes as well getting concurrence.
  • Poor customer service

    By Zuki271
Customer Service is slow and abysmal. I thought I cancelled my subscription but the user interface is so poorly designed, apparently I didn’t cancel and got charged over $300 and I’ve been trying to call them but been on hold for 20 minutes and still no body. I just want my money back.
