I love this app! The paid version is definitely much better, and well worth the price! Living in a town where yoga is not a big thing, it makes daily practice much easier.

I love this app so much. I’ve tried so many other yoga apps, beach body yoga, you tube yoga, etc. I love the music this features. Sometimes I just let it play in the background because it helps soothe my high anxiety. I love the thorough descriptions they vocally give so you can do the pose without checking the screen every 2 minutes. I love all the different plans they have from “Detox” to “Weightloss” to “Beginner” And “Expert”. There’s a plan for everyone! I love the community! I love that they have 2 different options to purchase the Gold plan! There’s just one think I don’t love, and that is that you can’t stream it. I have 2 little boys who are always reaching for my phone. This makes it difficult to have my tiny screen where I can see and hear it. I wish I could stream it to Chrome Cast so I can have it on the big screen and they could follow along with me.

This app made it easy to do yoga at home and is just like working with a trainer. I’m embarrassed to do yoga in front of others so this app is perfect for me. I have added yoga to my weight training am stronger than ever.

After many years of limited activity this was the perfect way to reintroduce my body to activity. 28 minutes to start is just enough to begin building up.

I love everything about this app. They have such a variety and give the most detail and instruction for each exercise. Best yoga app out there.

Highly recommend Daily Yoga for newbies and those who want to see results and consistency in mindfulness and exercise. I’ve never been able to stick with a workout routine for more than a couple of weeks. Since trying Daily Yoga 4 months ago, it’s become a habit. The coin and experience points help keep your incentive up for progressing through the beginner programs. Plus, the starter programs are only 17-20 minutes so the barrier for entry is very reasonable. Almost anyone can set aside 17 mins to refresh. Most importantly, I noticed immediate benefits from my practice. My back pain and stiffness used to interrupt my sleep and long periods of sitting or standing and yoga has relieved much of it. The final pose, Shavasana, can’t be emphasized enough — the audio instructions really help you get the most out of each pose. And the main benefit it releasing stress, tightness and embracing clarity and relaxation. Definitely go PRO whenever you see a discounted subscription offer. Totally worth the cost.

1.) only way to access more than one exercise is to pay. The one or two that you can use are trash 2.) the workouts don’t focus on relaxation, serenity, or meditation like yoga usually does. it’s more about being pretty and getting a “sculpted body” there is even one named “sculpting your neck”. Who the hells wants to “sculpt” their neck?!! When did that become a thing?!!!
