    Needs to be integrated to web stores!!! Needs basic support for variable products such as clothing sizing,colors,and models. Keeps changing subscription plans and making you pay for basic things such as account partners and API. Expensive upgrades. This is a basic app that works for non variable products such as equipment.

    We’ve been using shortly for about a month now. I have an insurance restoration company and we need to maintain about 200 items of inventory which need to get ordered and re-ordered weekly. Some of these items have a very long lead time, and we have gotten in trouble where we have not accurately tracked our inventory for these items that have a long lead time. This program cuts out the excuses for items not getting monitored and ordered. it only takes us about an hour to go through record inventory levels, and then review the report that shows minimum stock levels and then orders that need to be made.Very simple and intuitive to use. I really like this app

    The functionality is good, so go ahead and use this app if you’re wealthy I guess. $50 a month?!? I’m a business owner, I understand paying for a good product and not expecting it to be free. But $50/month for this app is seriously sticking it to people. Good job turning away those of us with smaller businesses. :(
  • No longer great!

    April 2021 Haven’t needed to log in for a while. It’s all gone! Contact option in the app doesn’t work. !! First review. For 20+ yrs I've kept numbered long term storage boxes in a spreadsheet. It's been a good system. This is a GREAT system. Love love love the bar codes and the cvs file import. Play with it a bit first as there are (little to no) instructions but you'll figure it all out easily enough. For the person asking for a location feature - that is your folder hierarchy and your tabs. Example: Folders: Home:garage:green boxes: or purple bins-tabs: box color: shelve #,garage, long term storage.

    This miserable app... I hadn’t needed to use it for a couple of years. When I came back to it, my account had been deleted. All of the records were lost and nothing could be retrieved. Don’t use Sortly.

    Allowed me to put 1 photo, that’s it for all my inventory even when I go to add, it only allows me to take a pic not use the photos on my device, except for the first one

  • Great APP but too expensive for side businesses

    I love this app! It has everything I am looking for to manage my cookie cutter inventory. Unfortunately, it is way too expensive for me. I don’t mind paying for apps but this one is beyond my means. I wish there was another cost option for side businesses. If the creators decide to add one, I would be interested.

    My review would be 5 stars but the app is ever changing. At least since I download it anyway. It has changed more than a handful of times and I haven’t been using it even a year. I introduced this app to all my technicians and it constantly looks different which makes learning something harder. Stop messing with what isn’t broken!
