  • Great App so Far

Excellent App so far. Works well and has great information if you enter your travel info.
  • Great app to manage all your bookings!

For starters, app in the air is easy to use, has a very clean interface, and is incredible organized. Being able to add your loyalty numbers into the app is very helpful. Every time I book a trip it sees it and adds it to the “my trips” page. I love looking at all my future flights, it’s a way for me to look forward to all my future travels! I love the map where it shows all the routes I’ve flown, as well as stats of airports I’ve visited, aircraft types I’ve flown, and airlines I’ve flown. It’s all very interactive and organized. I love it! On the day of travel you get helpful notifications. For example before my flight I get a notification saying when I should leave for the airport in order to arrive two hours prior to departure. Very helpful! Overall I love App in The Air! If your a traveler it’s for you!
  • Long-Time User - Keep it Simple and Focused

I’ve been using App in the Air for I’m guessing around 8 years or so. At the time, it was very innovative and I happy to a fairly high price to use it. These days I’m a bit less impressed and I find the additional features of little or no value. For example, I checked the booking tab to see hotel offerings and was unsurprised to find that the rates were higher than dedicated travel sites like Priceline. So a wasted tab and I much rather see a real improvement like an Airport Tab with more detailed Airport information and flight board. In the latest update, a C02 offset donation feature has been added to the overly busy profile tab. The problem is many airlines (esp. International Flights) already offset emissions under a UN agreement or the customer voluntarily pays an offset when booking. Also, I often use the app to track other people’s flights - not just my own.

  • Hopeless app

Hard to navigate and difficult to establish search criteria.... BOS-SFO, no nonstops ??? They use a promotion of a free raffle of free flights for a year but no place to sign up. I expect that. If they tried harder, they could elevate this app to the WORST APP IN 2021 You will be better off just going directly to the carrier web sites
  • Missing airlines?

Just downloaded the app and for my first booking looked at PDX->SFO first class in May 2021. The app quoted United fares and Delta fares starting at $760pp. Alaska Airlines flies that route, first class for $160. Maybe Alaska Air isn’t part of the “group” but why would I spend $500 more for that flight? I’ll pass
