  • Easy peasy Paperless Post!

I great way to send a card, invite or party notification immediately. They also seem to be adding new things all the time. Really nice!💕
  • Soooo glitchy.

Just getting too hard to create and edit. Always trouble.

Great app but please add simultaneous collaboration.
  • Untrustworthy

I downloaded this app to plan a neighborhood get together, used a free flyer, and the next thing I knew my contacts were corrupted. Use at your own risk.
  • Editing add recipients is awkward

    By Dogs etc
I have found , repeatedly, that even though actions possible in changing quantity of attendees that the “save” button does NOT save. This has made it impossible for editing of add recipients.
  • Best Invite App

  • A few little issues

Overall, I had a good experience using the app for my Save the Date and wedding invitations. I used the website and the app. Pros: It’s easy to put an invite together, it’s easy to add guests and to track who opened, and RSVPs. The designs are lovely and the animation and detail (envelope color, custom stamps), gives the invitations a classy feel. Cons: The biggest is that while the app does (eventually) allow you to specify the number of people each guest is allowed to bring, it doesn’t TELL people what that number is. You pay for each email so I sent just one to most couples. The invite shows up in one persons inbox and they rsvp’d for themselves, thinking their spouse got their own email. I had to follow up with a lot of people to ask for info on spouses or kids that were attending. I also found the color selector tool very difficult to use for invites that allow custom colors. It was hard to tell what all the little color-set buttons were doing. Most of the designs are very similar, and the pre set color options, where available, are all the same. Color selection was as limited as paper invitations, in an area where digital invites should have a clear advantage.
  • Great customer service

I really enjoy this app. I used it to make me wedding invitations and had to contact support due to a image compression issue. They helped me fix the problem and never gave up on helping me to make my dream wedding invitation. Would give 10 stars if I could. They have so many different options!
  • Great concept, but can’t use app exclusively

Love paperless post and I’m a loyal user, but I find it rather annoying that there’s no way to check messages on the app. Paperless post as a website gets 5 stars, but the functionality of the app gets a 3 for me.
  • Like the app wish mobile experience was better

    By SurvivorSupporter
I like the variety of cards but wish the mobile experience was better, particularly zooming in to see text and sending a preview.
