App never works, can’t sign in. Deleting
  • Clumsy process to redeem awards

    By You know me.
Redeeming awards through this app is extremely clumsy, which is especially frustrating in a drive thru. You first have to select what item you want to redeem. It then gets added to the “awards” screen. THEN you have to go to that screen and click “redeem,” at which point it brings up a barcode to be scanned. HOWEVER, if you let your phone go to sleep and then wake it back up again, the app seems to forget that you were about to redeem an award and just scans as if you’re paying in full. It happened to me this morning. Only when I looked at my receipt later did I realize that I paid full price and did not get my reward. ALSO, once you “redeem” an award, it will then expire in 30 days. The whole process seems needlessly complicated. I don’t even know how it would’ve worked if I had received my award. Would I have had to scan twice? Once for the award, and once to get credit for my purchase? I love Chick-fil-A, but I might just stop using the app. It feels like more trouble than it’s worth.
  • The best reward system around!

The Chick-fil-A app is easily the best reward system around. The more you spend, the more rewards you receive!
  • Poor time management using the app

I placed an order for 60 buttered biscuits and fully expected to have to wait to pick them up. App told me to proceed to location for pick-up and local store would start processing order. Much to my dismay, I was then informed I would need to wait 30 minutes. App needs to be able to provide time management and not tell me to proceed to franchisee to pick up.
  • CFA has disappointed me lately

    By Mom3eee
I was disappointed because I ordered several times through the app before I discovered it didn’t count any points off. Also, CFA promised the app would replace the calendar cards with free food. I’m in the red status and haven’t gotten one reward except a chickfila sandwich from a receipt. Very disappointed and I definitely don’t frequent CFA as much as I used to. It used to be my favorite fast food place but I feel they don’t surpass other fast food places as much as they used to.
  • App is delayed

When this app works it’s great, but our local Raleigh store apparently doesn’t get the orders till 10+ minutes after we say we are there. I literally watched 50+ cars and endless inside customers get their order before mine showed up. Waited at least 20-25 minutes.
  • Needs Improvement!

This app stinks, I try to update in hopes it would get better but it still needs a lot of work! I like to order my food in advance and drive thru to pick it up. Twice the app did not send the info over or the store doesn’t get the order until 10-15mins later. I feel like I could’ve just gone thru the drive thru and not use the app and I would’ve gotten my food faster!! The rewards program offers points per visit but if you redeem and not use the points the rewards expire. There shouldn’t be an expiration on these points. Look to Starbucks, their rewards program is 👍.

Chic filet offers on sight delivery in the mall for single coverage workers. My store is all only single coverage. With this app, my employees actually get to eat! It’s efficient and I can send free snacks to my employees whenever I want. It’s great
