  • Outdated

I really like this app however I feel like it is stuck in the past! The design of the app makes me feel like I’m stuck in iOS 6! I definitely would use it more if it was updated to feel less outdated!
  • Not user friendly

The interface is confusing and scattered. I signed up and randomly hundreds of people started following me—fine. But why am I following hundreds of people without my consent? I didn’t follow anyone! I read online that you can follow brands and users to help boost exposure and sales but I can’t figure out how to follow a brand once I clicked skip in the beginning of signing up. All I see are tons of users who have the brands I want to follow in their closets. It also forces you to crop photos so half of the pics I took are now useless and need to be retaken. Overall it’s clunky and poorly designed, but I really like the idea and I did sell one item rather quickly, hence two instead of one star.
  • Love the app

Plz make following easy. It’s a 2 step process. It would be nice to jus go to followers tab and just add them.

Sorry to say this app did not impress me. I had my clothes/ shoes for sell for over 5 months and not one buyer or offer. I shared my page/ items multiple times to different groups. And not one offer. I could understand if the items were in poor condition but I had very gently used if at all worn items. Don’t understand but I just deleted the app and decided to sell somewhere else and all of my items sold.
  • Do not buy trough this app.

I bought a pair of glossy leggings that were state as in very good conditions. When they arrive not only the item was not glossy at all but it also had micro pilling and white hair all over. Even tough I submitted the case properly they refuse to accept the return. I was scammed and the app supported this behavior.

It was an okay experience. They always took 20% off my money. The buyers always wanted a offer so they basically wanted the things for free. When I had people come harass my account poshmark never took action! Then they just took my account off because I wasn’t active. I’d say it’s an alright app and developed well but just the fact that they cared more about the costumers than the seller is just ridiculous.
  • Not for me

    By Dat_______Gurl
I decided the app wasn't for me, and I'm okay with that. But when I went to delete my account and selected the ”not for me” option as my reason why, it came up as invalid. Now when I tap manage my account, it just stays blank.

Zero stars. Negative stars. This platform and the people behind it are absolute money-grubbing crooks and pathetic excuses for human beings. They know they are too, because no one from Poshmark has even bothered to "claim" their yelp review page (or any other review platform) because all of their reviews are god-awful. They refuse to even acknowledge their faults. I guess ignorance is bliss when your business is committing mail fraud and theft thousands of times daily. Not only do they essentially steal 20% of your hard-earned money, they also have absolutely zero protection on either side of being a buyer or a seller, as I've had several issues on both ends. They have no form of customer service and only monitor one out of several of their email addresses. In addition, there is no phone number. It is lazy and careless. If I am giving you my money/credit card/bank account info. (the most private details of someone's life), the least you could be bothered to do is respond to a simple email. I have been scammed on multiple occasions where buyers have purposely destroyed brand new items I've sent them or neglected to send back their "damaged"/returned items back to me. It took an entire week for Poshmark to "compensate" me with a $10 credit. Despicable. I can't even transfer that money into my bank account... it's absolutely useless to me now considering I will never sell anything again on this app. I am shocked at how the hell they think a $10 credit is nearly enough of a "compensation" for a stolen/now damaged & completely useless pair of sunglasses that were initially worth hundreds of dollars. When I confronted the buyer, she threatened to physically hurt/sue me. Posh did not remove her account or penalize her in anyway when I reported her for harassment/offensive comment. I was genuinely fearful for my life, as that lady was sent a shipping label from Posh with my home address on it for her failed return, so she could easily access where I live at any given time. Poshmark intentionally encourages the drama and the pettiness, and only knows how to stir the pot. Save your money. Take it elsewhere, like to EBay, Depop, or Tradesy. Hell, even Craigslist is more reputable than these people. In addition to all the scamming and drama constantly associated with Poshmark, the jacked up shipping fees & the fact that they've now added tax (how are you going to tax my item without my permission and only YOU receive deductions from it, not me?) should be more than enough to drive you away. Seriously - run! It's never going to be worth it, unless you're only interested in having your money, goods, and pride stolen from you by these deceitful thieves. Countless reports to the Better Business Bureau, their investors/shareholders, posts on social media, and even contacting a lawyer/my local law enforcement later... nothing will stop Poshmark from their inhumane ways. Beware.
