As a newly diagnosed heart failure patient, and a new FitBit wearer, am very appreciative of my ability to easily track my daily health updates... it’s simple to use and very helpful.
  • Used to be good, now poisoned with Ads!

    By Dermatology P. A.
I used to love this app, but the required update for my new Fitbit now relentlessly spams me with ads and notifications for Fitbit products. There is no way to turn these off. I paid for this watch, over $200, so why can’t I turn off the ads? As soon as you open the app, unwanted messages pop up on the top and push down the rest, and require my attention and swiping and declining refusing etc or the watch will not sync. Too many steps. I miss the old app, it was excellent!

Doesn’t always sync up with the Fitbit the way that it should. My Fitbit just told me that I had walked my 10,000 steps but yet when I checked the app to make sure where I was that it says I have zero steps. This happens more often than it doesn’t and that’s a problem

  • Very useful

I’ve had a Fitbit and the app for 2 years now, and over the last few updates it’s been very helpful and useful. Easy to use and gives good sources about health and ways to improve.
  • Bug in period tracker

    By Afizzzzlesizkh
Since the last update, whenever I open the period tracker, it defaults to my date of birth so I have to scroll through 30 years to get to current cycle
  • Clock face option.

I love my Fitbit and I love the app. However I have noticed a huge flaw in the app that makes me not like it as much. I own a Fitbit blaze it’s a couple years old now however I believe my watch is updated (I’m not sure how to check there’s not hardly any directions on how to figure out if it is or not) I however like to change my clock face to different ones but it won’t load my clock faces therefore I cannot see or change it at all on my watch and it’s really upsetting and I can’t find anything on google or the FAQ part of the Fitbit app/website and it’s quite annoying that I can’t figure out how to make it load. Can you please fix this! Thank you

Running into lots of issues with the app freezing as I navigate. It’s much buggier than it’s ever been.
