(Something about a rabbit and a hole and a tree right? ) Zoom in on the knot to get a closer look or flip it around for another perspective. Use your finger to spin the knot and see how it looks from any angle in 3D! Each 3D knot has detailed reference information including tying pointers, strength and reliability, structural info, and Ashley reference numbers (ABoK) and occasionally the history behind the knot. The knots are arranged by both category (Boating, Climbing, Fishing, Scouting, etc) and type (Bend, Loop, Stopper, etc). If you find a knot you like or want to come back to later, add it to your Favorites list for quick reference. • Nice App But Lacks Knot Strength Info

Each fishing knot should have a strength indicator number, from 0 to 100%. Mark Sosin and Lefty Kreh’s book “Practical Fishing Knots” does exactly this. It is extremely good information to have when you want to know which knots you can really depend on. There is always a trade-off between speed and strength. Other than that the app is good. I would also like to have the option to submit new knots so that the app keeps expanding. Whether they are known knots or less known.

This is very impressive. The animation, graphics and organization are all excellent. Someone spent a lot of time creating this app.

Built with quality and privacy in mind! Doesn’t have all the knots, but has a lot of them.

I had this app on my phone for a few years and never used it. I started to get serious about outdoor activities and that meant I needed to learn to tie real knots. I started with YouTube videos to learn the main knots but found that unless I practiced every day I forgot them. I don't have to watch a long and wordy video to remind myself because of this great app. And since my phone is always with me a reminder is never far. Great job, and my thanks to all the developers and designers!

Really great app. Animations are excellent. You can adjust their speed. The knots are categorized and even have usage scenarios and brief histories. I wish we could have more quality apps like this .
