    I highly recommend this app!!!! As a beginner runner the beginning of this program was tough. I gave up a few times and had to start at the beginning. I finally set my mind to it and completed the program!! Now I go out and run 3+ miles with ease!!! The program really does know what it is doing!! Just when you think you can’t run another step, it’s time to walk. Now I am going to focus on faster miles. But when I’m ready to add distance I will totally purchase the 10k runner app. I am registered to run my first 5k on my 50th birthday!!!! Thank you 5k runner app!!!!

    I’ve tried so many other running apps but they all either want you to pay this ridiculous amount or they just aren’t worth your time, this app will give you motivation before after and in the middle of your run and it even has a different motivational quote everyday that will keep you going. I really recommend this app!

    This app has taken me far. I was consistent and never missed a day. I did my three days on and 2 days off. I also jogged a little on my own each day. I would walk as well just to condition my legs on my mom running days. I started 4 months ago. It took me a little longer to finish because of the weather, HOWEVER I am now able to run/jog 3 miles on my own. I have never been able to run at a 5.0 and because of this app I am able to. Big accomplishment for a person who couldn’t jog 5 minutes with out tiring out! Pay the $10.00 it is definitively worth it!! And the app is yours forever. I still use it not as often only because I’m jogging on my own! But give it shot you have nothing to loose!!!
