  • Apple Watch sometimes doesn’t sync

    By Ewq72
It seems random as to whether or not the workout is actually recorded or not.
  • Excellent app for athletes

Great app. Happy with the subscription model. This company knows how to build a social network.
  • i love the app but.

i thought this was just a problem with my internet or my run but i joined july 5K the day it started and i’ve ran several 5K runs but they never register to the challenge. i deleted the app and logged out and the next day i ran another 5K and it didn’t register again, I’ve left the challenge multiple times and nothing is changing, I don’t know if the people who run this app check the reviews but if you want that last star you better fix this problem for me, thank you. my name is julia kalinina if you’d like to check my runs and challenges :)
  • Bad

Buggy app that sends numerous unwanted notifications, and despite years of complaints, fails to allow a user to remove kudos.

  • Performance is a feature/feature overload

    By Ajones2009
I really want to love Strava and sometimes I actually do, but I can’t help but feel like I wasted my money on a yearly membership given the inconsistent performance of the app. Far too often Strava fails to accurately capture run data - I’ll go for a run with my Apple Watch set to record my distance and finish up only to see that strava thinks I went nowhere at all. My other criticism is that strava is packed with half-baked features, which seem cool but don’t really tell me anything particularly insightful about my performance or improvement. My advice is to focus on improving the performance of the app’s core features - the things that really deliver value to your users, instead of stuffing premium with semi-useful features that don’t appear to be maintained. Fix the performance issues and I’ll glad turn auto-renew back on for another year.
  • Love the idea hate the watch app

    By vic2287
I love the idea of this app. I love that it has an Apple Watch compatibility however, when beginning a run from the watch the distance and is ALWAYS off. If I begin it from my phone it’s much better.
  • Their getting greedier.

By O my! Its a plastic pistol!
They have removed the free feature that shows your leaderboard ranking. You have to pay $3 a month to see it now. 👎 that’s the only reason I was using this app. I know some of you are saying $3 a month that’s cheep. But i am tired of this monthly subscription crap. You use to be able to buy a program and you owned it. Now they know they can make way more money setting you up on auto pay and slowly bleeding your bank account. So I’m just tired of the greed.
  • Trialware bait and switch

    By SuperSlider
This app os a trial for one month only and $60 a month after the bait and switch time is up. I hate pain it the butt apps that don’t tell you that they are subscription based with a free period. Had to go deep into my google account to revoke access by this app afer finding out it os a scam.
  • Go ahead, take all the free features away

    By Sconnie Guy
With each passing season it feels like another feature is moved to premium. Latest is your own segment history. Leaderboards. Makes me deeply saddened to see what was a truly positive experience transformed to an ad-infused attempt to monetize every element.
