    I love the sound based tracking and recording. Wish there was a way to wake you up after a certain amount of time sleeping rather than just at a specific time window. Like I want 8 hours of sleep, wake me up whenever that happens. Anothrr mode that would be cool is if it could count cycles and give the option to be woken up after the optimal number. Also don't want to take a survey before and after I wake up most times. Wish there was an option to disable. That's just nitpicking though. Thanks and keep improving the app.

    I just to really enjoy this app a while back, where it would track all my information and have a smart clock (personally i felt better waking up with the smart clock). I had a year free trial and I can understand why many people would be so willing to use the feature but having the regular membership was also amazing. BUT now, with the smart clock moving to a premium feature I am sad to say that I don’t like this app anymore. too much of the features before are being moved to premium with the normal analytical sides being inaccurate. I don’t believe having added bonuses of having information about how you sleep justifies the money, where it is normally a fun little thing to look at.

    The way this app works has made my life so much healthier. Rather than setting an arbitrary time of when you want to wake up, (not knowing where you’ll be in your sleep cycle) this incredibly smart technology slowly eases you into waking up and you won’t be hitting the snooze button over and over and putting yourself at a disadvantage for the day by releasing melatonin over and over giving you grogginess for the day. Not to mention the data you have for keeping track of your sleep is very valuable!
  • Philips Hue stopped working

    Overall the app has been great. I’ve used it for years. I’ve come to rely on the hue feature to gently wake me up because I have no natural light in my room. It hasn’t worked right for a couple months. It worked for 2 days after this most recent update and now it quit working again. PLEASE FIX THIS! It is the single best feature to me on the app and it doesn’t work.

    We have used sleep Cycle since 2017. The past year or so it seems to think my husband and I are 1 person since our percentage of sleep I within a couple digits. If I snore for 10 minutes so does he. It’s crazy. We sleep in a king size bed. We’re small fit people. Can you fix this?
  • Not useful for patients w/ complex sleep disorders

    If you have been diagnosed w/ central or obstructive sleep apnea, delayed circadian sleep disorders, or even simple insomnia. I found myself having to check the accuracy daily and adjusting times slept. With the new Apple Watch 6 I was hoping with O2 sat, BPM monitoring, and ecg I would get more insights and was a waste of time. It wasn’t accurate.
  • Great app. Gentle alarm that doesn’t wake my wife

    Have been using the app and love it. The one feature it is missing is the way to combine sleep sessions in case you decide to oversleep your alarm. So I try to work out in the morning and set my alarm. When alarm goes off, so I turn it off I realize I need more sleep, set the app to monitor mode and go back to sleep. When I awake, there is no way to combine those two seperate sleep sessions even though they are only minutes apart. That would give a more accurate view of the sleep habits

    I paid for a year of the app. Previously, I was a big fan and loved and appreciated it but I cannot believe that IWas given an invalid number after I paid. I’vu.contacted Customer service and I have not heard back since February of this year !
