  • Tune-In Pro has been broken

    Tune-In Pro has been broken since it’s update 5 days ago to version 15.7. All that it will do is say “An error has occurred. Please try again later.” This update was done on my iPhone (a 6-plus w/ 128gb). My iPad (an Air-2 w/ 128gb) was NOT updated and continues to function as it should. I would try the “delete and reinstall” fix which has occasionally ‘repaired’ some apps in the past, but I have about one hundred hours of saved recordings that would be lost...FOREVER. There doesn’t appear to be any way to move them from the “recordings” tab and there is no option to save them when deleting and reinstalling. Other reviewers have noted that the customer service department never answers any questions or replies in any way. PLEASE PROVE THEM WRONG BY RESPONDING TO THIS REVIEW/TROUBLE REPORT. This comment is being sent to both the App Store review area AND to the developers “help me, please!” area. I reiterate: PLEASE PROVE THEM WRONG BY RESPONDING TO THIS REVIEW/TROUBLE REPORT.
