  • Not refreshing

    I’ve been using this app for awhile now, but this past week my recordings are not updating. There are still shows listed that I have deleted from my DVR. I’ve even turned my phone off and back on. Not sure what I can do to get it to remove the shows I have seen. There are times, too, that when I’m on wi-fi, that shows will not play and says I have to be connected to the internet. I also get some error message prevented me from watching anything on the app. It can be flaky at times. Wish it was more consistent. The commercials are ridiculous, too. If I’m going back to a show and get a black screen, I have to hit done, then go back to choosing Watch On Demand. I have to scroll back to where I was, but first have to wait for the commercials and once I find the spot where I left off, I have to watch more commercials. Ugh!!! Total waste of about 6 minutes that I will never get back. Come on AT&T, enough with the commercials!

    Still get the stupid pop-up asking what I like best about this app. No way to make remarks and, if you don’t answer something you like, it won’t take anything at all. Every question is a plus and no way to give a minus. There are supposed to be 2 weeks shown on the listing but never seems to. Neither is it on the TV listings. The biggest minus is the fact that there are days when Prime Time shows won’t add without deleting and reinstalling the app. Something I have become VERY PROFICIENT at doing since it has to be done extremely often. Why have an app if you don’t give it the care it needs to have to operate successfully!!!!!

    I continue to be extremely frustrated by not having CBS on UVerse. It’s a major channel and one I enjoy. Right now I’m paying $10 a month for CBS in addition to what I’m paying for UVerse. This is just not what I expect from my carrier. FIX THIS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The app needs to provide local channels for viewing and DVR. Half of what I want to set the DVR for I can’t do it on the go. Until this is fixed I can’t give it more than 3 stars.

    Great for watching when you don’t have your cable tv next to you, you can watch anything on your phone. I watch sports all day on my phone I love it.

    It’s frustrating that the recordings on my app don’t Match the recordings on the receiver. Even though I have deleted them several times from my app they keep coming back.

    I just scheduled a series using the iPhone app. It shows up on my DVR, it shows up on my Fire tablet, but it doesn’t show up on my phone. You’ve been asking for forever if your customers want to watch recorded programs off our DVRs. Yes,we do. When is that going to happen?
