    If you’re planning on buying anything from AT&T think twice. They keep raising my rates on my cell service and it’s been impossible for me to get it resolved. I’m tired of the runaround. Buyers beware!!!!!

    I have placed at least 5 orders for the free iPhone 11 available only to eligible customers thru the att app and have been unsuccessful in upgrading my phone very disappointed Went to an att store and they still couldn’t help me get the offer available on the att application 😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪

    Frustrating to deal with inept app. I have tried three times to make a payment on wireless bill in myAT&T app and was unsuccessful in all three attempts. I contacted card issuer and they responded that no attempt was made by you to transfer funds and that my account is in good standing with no problems whatsoever.

    This app is useless. I have signed in twice and it still will not show me my bill. My bill has increased by 32.00. No way to access it to see why.

    The app timed out trying to log in, but whatever caused that was fixed within a hours, not days. So it seems to have been an issue with AT&T’s servers, not with the app. Do I smell a DDOS attack?
