    Worst service EVER - as a chase reserve preferred member called to book travel and asked benefits of using card for hotel - was routed and talked to 6 agents and not one person could identify and communicate the benefits of using Chase to booking hotel. What a difference vs AMX platinum where you have single number to dial and a single agent knows it all. What a horrible chase experience trying to book a luxury hotel - ended up after 30 minutes with no booking and no one able to answer questions.

    Love the ease of using my phone ap. Deposit checks as soon as I get them. Send money, pay bills. Makes banking so very easy. Also love watching my credit score go up. Budget my spending has helped. Thank you.

    Use the app almost daily. I like to check that account has not been tampered with and that there are no fraudulent charges on my credit cards. Easy to use even an old guy who didn’t grow up with a computer at his disposal!

    This app is not user friendly. Payments and rewards for the Prime Visa should be easily accessible, they are not. See Capital One’s app for pointers
  • Still no way to search transactions

    The “Search and Filter” tool under “Transactions” has filter functionality but no search. This basic functionality is needed and weirdly missing, especially since it says “search”. A search allows the user to type in a word and search for it, that’s not possible and desperately needed.
