IOS application crashes when searching for a password. Utterly useless for a service that costs $75 a year.

I’ve had Keeper for years, without an issue. I had a problem with the email linked to my account and Keeper’s technical support were excellent in helping solve the problem in a timely and efficient manner. Allyssa and Jose were great! Thank you!!!!

No idea how this service has so many good reviews, paid? No ability to auto fill credit cards or addresses. Once the point of being able to store all this information if you have to open the app every time to copy and paste.

I recently had to contact the Keeper security team for clarification on a billing issue. They were extremely helpful and resolved my issue quickly. They are a great example of customer service today.

A bit complemented when starting. Limited # of passwords to save. Set up options first before starting; unless you set it up, the entire list of passwords will auto erase after 5 incorrect attempts at master password. Otherwise, all is well.
