    I love and adore PayPal! Especially for making charitable contributions! I’ll get an email about a cause I support and if I want to make a donation right then, I click the link to do that. But if PayPal is not an option, I end up not donating! I hate that! But I don’t remember my 16 digit debit card number. And when I’m going thru all the emails I get each day, I don’t have time to go get my credit card out of my billfold and enter everything. And PayPal doesn’t charge charitable organizations a fee — so why doesn’t every “for real” charitable organization out there register with PayPal and offer it as an option when asking for donations for Pete’s sake!

    I’ve done everything to retrieve money sent to me with no luck, even created another account...keep getting email alerts but no access!! Another reason I don’t use PayPal myself.

    Just be better if could have a spare card that u could allow family/friends to borrow that u have control over everything they can even do with it. Also be nice to get money into the account faster because sometimes it really screws me up... otherwise I LOVE it!! Recommend it to everyone, be great if got refer a friend bonus though lol

    I like many of the uses of PayPal and I truly what I say here will not matter to them- but it needs to be recorded. PayPal’s service is almost non existent. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone snd when one does, it is with someone who has no authority to fix the issue. As a business owner I do not sit vigilant on email or phone but need to have access to technical service if I mess something up. Having to read and figure out how to fix something when you really don’t know what the problem is- is a false sense of customer service. Sometimes a technician or customer service rep who can resolve issues is needed. Donna B

    I moved to a new apartment and TRIED to use my PPBalance to pay my new landlord. The amount ($3,500) triggered PP’s “security program” and protected my money from ME for Such a NIGHTMARE to beg my NEW landlord to believe me and wait for me. No one else in my life had $3,500 to loan me for 5-6 days while PP’s “Security Program” cleated it’s glitches. It was horrific to waste 36 hours total on the phone with PP over the course of 6 days.
