Works fine but the input button does not allow you to change the input still.
  • Terrible app

The app keeps disconnecting from my tv, it doesn’t respond even at times. I contacted costumer service report for a refund and nothing. I regret this purchase entirely, what a waste of money. Please I want my money back, thanks.

Clunky design, poor integration with tv operating system, rough interface. The remote barely works and you constantly have to avoid hitting a button requiring you to pay for the upgraded premium package. Makes me wish I’d bought the Sony TV instead.
  • Scam

I paid for the year, I look at my subscriptions through apple and it says it’s active until 2024 and it keeps trying to have me pay again. I want my money back if I’m not able to use this app!

My remote simply STOPPED working so I thought it would be neat to have a remote on/in my phone. I had used this app for over a month. Mistake. Waste of $20. So many annoying issues. Remotes are supposed to be about conveniences, not work arounds. Went to Amazon, ordered a physical remote, arrived the next day and it’s been flawless. At literally half the price AND without the petty issues. I wouldn’t recommend any remote through a phone
  • have to pay eventually

why are these featured locked behind a paywall in an official LG app? I am confused and disappointed due to the fact that after a few uses, the app is no longer usable unless you pay. This is ridiculous and out of character for any app of this type. its a remote! i already paid for your tv
  • The worst!

So complicated to use, so many useless options, doesn’t do the simplest thing of projecting YouTube, which is the single reason I bought it for and paid a year. Complete fail.
