  • App/site not working

Upgraded account/ signed out of all devices and restarted WiFi. Cannot get site to work. Very Frustrated. Says I’m signed into too many accounts. Spoke with team members to help and problem unresolved. Amos had hard time reconnecting with customer service after signing out of account or clocking off screen.

Ads with premium and no Linux support on desktop. Not worth the effort to use this service. Save your time and money.
  • Horrible Service

This is probably the worst streaming application. I really miss the WWE Network. I have to fight with this stupid app in order to fast forward anything on this garbage app. It’s start from the beginning or the app will just not work.
  • Complete joke of an app

Clunkiest streaming service app ever, and that’s saying something given how bad Hulu is. Peacock is a literal joke as a streaming service. Never able to actually stream anything without crashing or just having a spinning wheel for eternity. Your internet could be blazing fast and stable and you still wouldn’t be able to watch anything. Force stopping, clearing cache, and uninstall and reinstall doesn’t help at all. If I could give this no stars I absolutely would.
  • Love but connect

Love this but hate that it has issues with connecting to my tv: it doesn’t even give me the option half the time.

Love their EPL coverage! A class above coverage of other leagues. Their policy of not allowing you to watch a game on demand the same day is ridiculous. Rebecca Lowe please help me out. You know what it is like to balance a career and kids. Sometimes I’m 30 mins late getting home from one of their matches and that means I can’t watch my Blues play on demand until the next day. I’m begging you to help persuade NBC reconsider their policy.
  • Great Content, Buggy App

Awesome content. I love me some Office, and the inclusion of sports like soccer and cycling is fantastic. The app itself, strictly from an engineering standpoint, does not come even close to meeting my expectations for how an app from a company like NBC should perform. Whether it’s on my phone or my TV, the app always does weird things. Browse screens take forever to load, the app crashes quite regularly, and sometimes audio cuts out five seconds before a commercial. Super weird. The good news? For the first time I fully appreciate the software engineering that runs a seamless app like Netflix.
  • Just use the stock video player

The service is good, the Apple TV app is horrible. I can’t understand why streaming services decide to spend the resources to build their own video players rather than use what’s built into the platform. Don’t even think about trying to scrub through a show or skip 10 seconds with the Apple TV remote. It’s an exercise in frustration. Everyone should learn from HBO and their Max app fiasco. Just use the built-in player. It works.
