  • This app is broken DISGRACEFUL 😕

    Worthpoint should be ashamed of this app. The facial recognition keeps canceling out. It fails to remember my login info. The image recognition doesn’t work. And they now censor the listings. Limiting photos and text. How do I know. Because some of my old listings are now on Worthpoint and they are not complete. Given how much we pay for this essential service we deserve a refund. Or better yet. FIX IT! Please.

    If it ain’t broke OR worse yet your developers aren't ready to rollout a complete app redesign then leave it be! I’m all for improvements but I could send you a laundry list of bugs and horrible UCD issues with the new app. Smh.. It’s plain obvious this release was not ready. Worthpoint should have given serious thought as to how this would impact those of us who write the check..

    Raised the price and updated the app where it is now unusable won’t let me see prices and customer services help is nonexistent.

    This new update has ruined the app. I have had to change my password multiple times, it is not easy to navigate, and it doesn’t save my login. Please go back to how it was, this is not user friendly. I have been a paying customer for a while but if it stays like this I will have to cancel.

    This app used to work great but since the update it’s terrible. It takes me through the 4-5 step welcome thing every time I open the app, Face ID log in doesn’t work, and I’ve had to reset my password 2 times since the update because the whole process messes up and then it says my accounts been locked. The log-in issue is the big part that makes this app hard to use, but even when searching all filters have been added to a separate tab/page which is the dumbest thing. CHANGE IT BACK! Paying so much for this service and it’s not even accessible on the go which is when it’s needed most. If it’s not broke don’t fix it, and Listen to your customers if you don’t want to lose them!

    After the latest update the app “times out” and you have to re-enter your username and password to access WorthPoint. You can’t even use a stored password and username. The face-ID feature also doesn’t work at all. I need to access sales data quickly and this makes the app very difficult for me to use. Thank you!

    Used to work fine, now it won’t load the results and erases the search. Definitely needs debugging…
  • Terrible customer service and app

    Customer service is terrible. I reached out in multi different ways and no reply. There app is terrible. Worked good for a little while and hasn’t been working for last couple months how it use to. Paying over $200 for a app that doesn’t function properly is bogus. I’d avoid buying any of there services until they fix there issue. I feel like I just threw 200$ down the drain.

    I paid for the yearly subscription to WorthPoint and updated the app today and it’s terrible. I can’t sign in, i I can’t get a list of anything that I’m looking for …it will not view vertically on my iPad anymore and the font is way too big. It also freezes. This never happened on the old app. Please fix these bugs so I can continue researching my antiques andJewelry and finds that I find that I want to get a value for and also search for. Thank you, Pam P

    Was a good app then someone from askJeeves decided an update was in order. Yes AskJeeves is no longer a think. Worthpoint won’t be either if they don’t correct the app. Every time I open the app I have to take a tour. Save time and add a pile of poop to the tour. It would be more on point. Going to cancel.
