    Even if you request to cancel during trial period they may still charge you. Many people have had problems with this company. There is virtually no customer service. The app is not useful and it is a total rip off in my opinion.

    This app took money from my account after “the trial” but I was never able to access anything. Not to use it, cancel it, or anything. And they refuse to give me a refund after several emails stating I could not access anything. So they’ve supplied absolutely no product yet deducted money. Nor have they bothered to try and help me “use” the product that they refuse to refund. SCAM.

    I canceled the subscription a day after downloading and now a month later I’m being charged. They have no customer support, so I have to work with my bank. The app doesn’t have enough food options either.

    They don’t give an option for a free trial, but the $29 for 3 months is worth it, especially if you have reached your goal by the end of your subscription. I’ve been using this app for about 5 days. My body is starting to get used to fasting, I’m feeling less hungry and I already lost 2 lbs.

    I like the app because it encourages me to keep going by letting me track food and water, give me tips, and also see what’s going on in my body while fasting. I need to improve my usage though because I’ve made mistakes entering the wrong times! It’s okay, I’m sure I’ll get it!

    Don’t waste your money! The only info on this app is included FREE on the internet! I was only given two options for a subscription, 3 months and 12 months. It wasn’t until I went to cancel that I see they have a one month for $15. I would have done that rather than waste $32. I guess you live and learn. I’ll do a little more research next time I think I’ve found a great app!

    How can only have such a small window to eat. I travel an hour each way and enjoy a healthy breakfast at 5:30 am so I have fuel for the day. I work all day in solace without a kitchen so I pack a smallish lunch of either a sandwich or salad. Then you tell me to start fasting before I even leave the office! What a joke. It not for people who work for living.

    I paid for the 3 month subscription and so desperately wish I hadn’t. It started out okay as most app usage does. I was using the 16:8 program because as a night eater, I could move the schedule around to my daily routine. As I started logging meals and water intake I realized this app needed a lot of commitment. It was demanding and when I would get busy or forget to log a meal or water, the constant amount of notifications became much. Back logging was a pain and if I had a glass of milk at night I would watch the countdown on my app the next day to see when I could eat. I started to hate the timer and it’s lack of encouraging words (You can eat in 2:45:34, uggghhhh) Then I just stopped using it because the app needed more attention than I could give it. I became resentful of the app and the notifications as I wasn’t always near my phone and I would have 5 water drinking, meal, story, and fast alerts. I had a lot of high hopes for Simple and I’m sad I spent money on the 3 month subscription as I stopped using it a few weeks in.
