I have been trying to get the NFC sentinel but it says doesn’t ship to Malaysia. Which is weird because i got the free old sentinel infact i got two because one got lost in transit but later was found and sent to me but both has been out of order due to niche model battery size. Is there a work around or solution to my problem ?

So I’ve been on this this app since December 2021, also have been paying for pro version. I made my first XYO redeem on 01/06/22 and since then I have redeemed 53,805 XYO. I don’t think it’s worth it and definitely not if you’re not going to pay for the pro version. Just buy the XYO with what you’d use for the subscription each month plus some. will save you trouble and money.:)

One of their sponsored post came up so I gave a referral link for the first time ever when someone asked if someone actually used the app. The link proves I am a real person vs someone just promoting them as an employee. Found the referral link via their app and it didn’t give any warnings about not sharing it anywhere. AVOID this crappy app at all cost. I have had it for a while and only at 5k coins. Unless you pay $$$ monthly then you get crap returns and then the geodrops are mostly inaccessible but even emailing CS about that they couldn’t understand that a driving section on their app gave a geodrop upon arriving at the destination but it is not where it can be accessed. Like in the middle of dense woods. The CS agent kept saying they couldn’t control where users do a drop which is totally not what I emailed and sent photos of. Well following my link share they sent me a message saying my comment with referral link was against the policies I agreed to on the FB page/community…I don’t “follow” them so I have never seen the rules. They said I am about to be deleted for it so I figured I would share the truth about them. Don’t treat people like that. They should have done their due diligence vs a quick message to see I don’t follow them so I have never seen the rules. Guess they forgot they paid for sponsored post so anyone that fits that campaign sees the post. I told the person messaging me on Fb that and they said thanks for acknowledging the guidelines. Again, I am not a community member. Their response, “still, Thank you and have a great day.” No actual customer service or apology for being rude. They don’t give out names but I know it is logged. So: -Lack of any knowledgeable customer service -Takes forever to earn unless you pay $$$ and as a SAHM I don’t have the funds to pay. -Runs in the background though so you can just check in on it. When I first downloaded I left it up on the screen all day interacting with it. Realized it was draining my battery for little “coin” so I just let it run in the background.
  • The app is a scam

Allow me to explain premise of this app- I had it for almost 80 days, until I figured out what it was actually doing: Vendors will pay money to better understand the places that you frequent, so that they may better target you with ads that they feel are more likely to pique your interests. That being said, what the app does is tracks your locations, and sells your store trips and common haunts to the highest bidder- so that they may be able to do such things regarding ad targeting. If you don’t like how Google tracks you, you will hate this app because it logs all of your locations, reports them to said bidders, and then reward you with coins, which are not even XYO. You can use 10,000 coins to buy XYO, but even then the value of that particular crypto is so low- That you only get about $.41 per thousand coins ‘mined’ on this app. The reason I put ‘mined’ in quotations is because you’re not really mining crypto, which is completing a blockchain; but instead you are letting them track your location while they make money off of your whereabouts- and then pay you fractions of pennies on the dollar- and in some cases state that you have not completed tasks that you have (even when you sent proof of completion to adgem), thereby refusing to part with any of the money they have used your locations to receive. With the decline of XYO as a viable cryptocurrency, and its substantial market value decrease, all of these previous factors aside, it still is not worth your time. Do yourself a favor- don’t get this app- and if you have it- delete it.
