Previously mentioned balance issues arise, but not really a bother for me. My main problem is the app crashes literally every 5-10 minutes, ruining the experience. Things tend to glitch out after that — ships in transit “stuck,” though the clock to destination shows a countdown; missions not completing or delayed in showing results.

This game has the WORST Customer Support in the gaming industry.

This is a fun game but I wish you can use real money to buy a ship. And I wish that the uss enterprise D was in the game, that would be a good expansion.
  • Good start, poor continuation

The game starts out good. Getting the base and ships set up is easy. Then as you progress, the research, construction, and mining takes a very long time. Looking at close to or over 24 hours. As you mine, your ships get destroyed leaving you with 1/4 or nine of what you mined. When you based gets raided, it takes you weeks to months just to get enough resources to start building up again. When you get over level 30, expect for lots of waiting as you build and research. And if you need resources, you will just mine or produce a fraction of what you need and have to wait days. In short, there should not be such a long wait time to continue with the progress of this game. I’m gracious that I give this game 2 stars.

This is a visually beautiful, immersive, challenging game and very enjoyable to play until my experience today. The game allows you to be attacked while gathering resources used to grow and to complete challenges. Sadly, bullies much more powerful than you exploit this feature hampering your growth significantly. I’ve just quit Mobile Strike after several years of play because of a similar feature. It totally ruins an otherwise fantastic Star Trek experience! Such a shame! I’m going to stop playing rather than waste anymore time in frustration!

Fun themed concept. Some jerks as always, but I have found a lot of great friends and players here. If you’re competitive at all, bring a hefty wallet or you’ll lose and be frustrated. Two years in and I am nowhere near maxing anything out but small or a few medIum ships/officers. Leveling is designed to frustrate you so you pay. If you like the idea of space-FarmVille, and are cool with leveling at a sloooow pace and maybe being part of alliances with good people, then you might just have fun. The game STILL has terrible lag, especially during their “king of the hill” type takeover events. It’s like they don’t know or care about expected participation in closed servers for events they themselves create. Targeting can be terrible, alliances stack on nodes, and have to tap the attack button 10 times IF it ever engages. Targeting is lost if the target changes direction, battles take 2 to 4 minutes to complete, and occasionally even though a ship is in the system the view changes to galaxy view and an error flashes on the screen saying I have to have a ship in the system to view it.

Good game but, after the last update, this game consistently freezes up requiring you to exit and restart the program/app (sometimes restarting several times back to back). This happens often in the middle an attack or during battle. By the time you restart and return.......all your ships/base are destroyed or severely damaged.
