    I am new to tapping meditation. I have anxiety, depression and chronic pain issues. I had read about tapping and how it can help reduce stress, anxiety. I got the app because I was feeling overwhelmed. I figured I didn’t have anything to lose by trying it. The first session I had reduced anxiety levels by 2-3 points. Doing this daily has helped to relieve symptoms. I have not had to take anxiety medication. I also did the tapping meditation to get rid of negative energy Ickes up from other people. What a difference it made in how I felt. I would recommend this app for anyone. It made a believer out of me.

    The physical sensation you feel when you finish the tapping meditation is like a tingling energy throughout your body. Sometimes thoughts arise during the tapping meditation and they quickly disappear at the conclusion of the meditation - it’s as if we are given the safety to have the emotions come up release them and let them be gone. Try it!! - you have nothing to lose except emotions of fear pain guilt they have been trapped and now can be release for good so that you can heal.

    I have lots of apps on lots of subjects. This app tops them all. Easy to use, easy to search, relevant topics. Great graphics. I highly recommend. Actually deserves 10 stars.

    Tapping has helped me so much and having an app for it is just great! I love that you can actually rate the intensity of your feelings before and after the tapping. I also love that it’s both Nick and Jessica voices. I like the variation. The only thing I don’t like is that some of the tapping audios that are available online are not featured in the app (From Overwhelm to Calm, Morning/Evening Clearing, Morning/Evening Affirmation for example). Maybe add those? I would also love to not have to refer to Jessica’s audio book for the tapping audios she presents in her latest book. They are really great and would make a great addition.

    I am so happy I found this app. I have used tapping on and off for a few years but I keep forgetting to do it, so having the app be so ‘present’ is such an aid. Clearly there has been a lot of thought and work put into this app and you can tell that when you are using it. Visually it’s gentle and restful and the colors are soothing. It’s very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I do have a few suggestions. As another reviewer said, can you please have a ‘new’ section in the library, so that we can see when new ones are added. Also, is it possible to have the orientation change when you are on landscape mode (I am also using it on my iPad). It only shows in portrait and it would be nice if it swiveled. Lastly, I find that scrolling sideways through the different tapping meditations on my phone makes me go back and forward a lot to see them all. Could they go up and down maybe? This one is not a problem, just feels more intuitive to go up and down lol. Thank you again, such a great app that will change lives.

    I have had Lyme disease since 1990, but it took 25 years to get a correct diagnosis. Living with untreated Lyme for that long left my body, and especially my limbic system, wrecked. As I heal I’ve been exploring and using many different healing techniques. I’ve been hearing about Tapping for a couple of years now, and it was on my list of things to look into at some point. I don’t know how I stumbled on this app, but having a simple and clear way to explore tapping with this app has been fantastic. This app makes learning about Tapping accessible, and practicing it easy. I currently have the free version, and while I would like to get a subscription, money is tight, and the exercises on the free version give you great stuff to work with, as does the website. As for results—I am astonished by how much relief I have gotten in under a week. And it was so simple.

Also I’m a certified EFT practioner and have seen amazing results with clients. I use the app for myself daily and find it most helpful. Many different topics to choose from and several free tapping meditations if you choose not to upgrade to premium. Premium has SO many different topics to choose from.
