    The app was working fine for couple months, and for some reason I can’t get phone calls anymore. I sent two emails for the customer service department with no respond. Waste of money.

    Paid the annual price and my phone for not ring at all when the number is called. I get a ding for text messages but no sounds for incoming calls, only a missed call banner. What the heck, complete waste of money. No settings for sounds in the app and all notifications and sounds are on for the app in my iPhone settings.

    I have been using this app almost for two years and yearly subscribed since day one and recently my subscription for the next year but I noticed that my number is deleted. Why???? My account is still active but I’m missing my number where is my number why cannot access it where I cannot make calls why I cannot receive calls what happened I sent you guys several messages through emails but no reply. It’s been 2 months. Why???? It’s my hard-working money. I did not subscribe for weekly or monthly I did yearly and that’s a lot of money right there. Give me my money back. Or fix this issues.

    50 message a day limit OUTGOING AND INCOMING absurd when I purchased the “premium” package . Plus tons of other little bugs such as contacts not fully synching only a handful of my saved contacts appeared as their actual contact name. And Poor app accessibility.

    I will update my score once I get an answer. Generally speaking I like the app. Have a new phone and need to get my number to work on it. I don’t see a spot to “login” to use my number I already have. Switched to a 1 star, no support in 2 weeks, no answers.
