  • Great app!

Great app! It would be even better if there was a recipe cost calculator option. But even without it, It has been invaluable in my eyes.
  • just needs one thing

This app is INCREDIBLE and I can already tell that all the amazing features are going to change my life. The one thing I wish it had, though, is notifications when pantry items are nearing their expiration date.
  • Best app ever

This is absolutely the best paid app I ever had. The go-to for meal planning, grocery list, and recipe download and integration. Easy, seamless. Awesome.
  • The Go-To Recipe App

    By Watervale
Paprika provides the ability to input your own recipes, use its browsing tool to look at online recipes that meet your specific requirements, easily download recipes and categorize them (“Main Course Meat/Fish/Poultry,Desserts, Salads...” etc.) It allows you to automatically convert quantities, edit procedures and recipes, and add your notes to each recipe. It is far and away the most complete, easy-to-use recipe app my wife and I( both foodies who enjoy cooking) have used and is now our “go-to” recipe app.
  • I almost paid big bucks for another app! Whew!

This is the most awesome app ever. I am so very happy I stopped and read the reviews and tried it. I almost spent big bucks, yearly for another meal planning app, I am so happy I found Paprika! You should get this if you cook at all. Thank you so much!
  • A Godsend

I am not normally one to spend money on an app, but everything that I have tried in the past to arrange recipes is either too hard to keep up with or bad formatting. This app is the best money I’ve ever spent, I have recommended it to so many people. There are so many features that I haven’t even used yet but still get so much use out of this app.
  • great app!

so i love to cook and bake and i am in the kitchen at least once daily... i have a massive binder of paper recipes that i was fed up with (impossible to find anything) so i went searching for an app. i decided to pay for this one and i’m so happy with it! i love that i can save from a browser on a laptop (you can download a tool from their website) and it will integrate with the app on my phone. however, i have some suggestions. i think organizing the recipes should be easier: you should be able to select multiple recipes and file them all at once. also, the apple watch app could be greatly improved. it would be so cool if you could see the directions individually on the watch screen as well as the ingredient amounts.

Do not buy unless you plan on spending more money each time this app is updated, and potentially losing all of your recipes if you don’t. I purchased the Paprika app many years ago, and since that time I have used it almost exclusively to store all of my recipes. I use it multiple days a week. Many of these recipes are from from friends and relatives who have since past away, and that are irreplaceable. Those recipes have given my family something to remember them by. Imagine my horror today when I went to pull up the app, and it wouldn’t open with a message that the developer needed to update the app. I went to the app website to discover that there was a new version of the app, that the old one would stop working eventually. This was from 4 months ago. A developer that was responsible and cared about its user base, would have put a message on the old app, so their customers would have a chance to make sure they either backed up their recipes and moved to the new app, or downloaded them to have a record. They did not. As it is, I purchased this app in the hope that I had set up the cloud back-up. Apparently, I had not, I have lost all of it, and given another $5 to the people responsible. I would try to contact the developers, but their support is a glorified FAQ.
  • Absolutely love this app but why 17+?

    By happydude
This app is perfect and is a daily use in our kitchen. But why on earth is it 17+?! Our kids cook with us constantly and make food for themselves for lunches or occasionally breakfast. What about a cooking app needs to be restricted. With out family shared plans and app limits set they can’t use this. Ridiculous.

Love this app, so easy to save recipes and the format as they appear is great. Now I don’t have to worry about all those ads when I’m trying to read a recipe online!
