  • New UI misses the mark

    By Guest Comment
Somehow the new UI is more complicated, requiring more taps and worse for accessibility. People with a hard time distinguishing small icons of varying shades of grey and tiny little progress bars will have trouble deciphering the status of the app. Certain features are not working anymore either. Hoping there is more planned to this UI refresh. Wishing there was also an easy way to integrate setting VPN status with Siri Shortcuts.
  • Error messages never resolve

I am trying to update my mobile app to the latest version of Norton 360. I keep getting an error message saying “Unable to install Norton 360. Please try again later.” I’ve tried for DAYS now. Nothing. And the help desk/ticket process is useless.
  • Won’t download update

    By Jackdaws1979
Had for almost two years now and for the last couple months it won’t download the updates…
  • New version

So now users have to click through more screens to get to the information. Talk about making the app less user friendly. And still hasn’t fixed the vpn leaking location when on auto.
  • Have you noticed your battery dying faster….

    By Miss dubs
I liked the app (other than it trying to get me to get new things). HOWEVER I was surprised and disappointed to find that my battery was now draining due to it. I noticed my battery was starting to dive and didn’t know why. I went to the Battery page and was shocked to see that Norton was consuming about 25% or my battery and running for over 3 hours in the background. I tried turning off background refresh for it but it did nothing. In the end I just deleted since it’s almost a redundancy—I Can do VPN through the phone, and even when I loaded it it didn’t find anything. I would happily download again but not at that cost. Note to Norton, as I read over multiple reviews with the same issue of battery consumption—stop blaming the Apple algorithm and look for a solution. Even IF Norton is using less than the percentage it says, Norton still is the catalyst for the battery draining.
  • Total Battery Drain

Super drains my iPhone battery. Barely able to justify keeping this very expensive app on my device. Credit scores are useless because they are not real-time.

Without VPN servers in India, a VPN provider cannot say that he is competing with TOP 10 VPN providers. Neglecting India is a huge blunder
  • Does Not Filter Junk Texts

    By Cid Chez
The junk text filter does not work. I still receive just as many junk, scam, and phishing texts as before I purchased this. It had not filtered even one text message. Followed the instructions to verify it is on as well and still not working.
  • Norton 360

It includes VPN and will tell you in ios needs updating. I get texts & calls. Afterwards I check the norton settings and debug is switched off. Other times it appears like someone is typing and opening apps. My iphone is still getting hacked. Now I log in and 6 of the 10 licenses are in use. I never even synced up 6 devices to this Norton. It’s the hackers. Can’t keep them out
  • Complete Scam

    By CrackenNinja
The mobile security is a scam. All it does is tell you that you have a password on your phone, and you have installed the latest manufacturer update. Beyond that, it does not scan anything. The “satisfaction guarantee” isn’t real. There is no way to request a refund, and the email I sent to Norton about the refund has been ignored.
