  • SMS filtering doesn’t work

The app claims to filter spam texts, with phishing links. I get several of these per day. None of which have ever been filtered by the Norton 360 SMS filter.

  • Battery life and App Store access

I like the idea of the app, but the battery draw is absurd. My phone was 100% charge and locked, 6 hours later after checking the battery usage 27% of the battery usage was background activity by the app. What’s causing this battery usage? Additionally, I can no longer seem to actress the App Store without turning off my WiFi or disabling the VPN. Is this normal?

I downloaded this app and within a couple of days I had a security breach notification from Apple. My password to my Apple ID was used to change settings. I only downloaded this because I wanted extra security and trusted Norton.

Doesn’t work all the time. Web browsing protection just quit and can’t be turned on by moving the “slider” in the app.very frustrating.

I uninstalled as directed and it worked fine for just over a week. It is now acting weird again, and I can’t use wifi, it won’t connect to the internet without turning VPN on and off again like crazy, over and over and over again. Please fix the new glitch. Uninstalling again isn’t a permanent fix. I cannot use wifi and Norton 360

Constant logging off. Constant need to login again. Zero cross logins between lifelock, 360 and password. This is junk. Been had to uninstall app with every update up the app and the update is no better.

Working great on my android phone.
  • VPN freezes

Occasionally VPN freezes for no apparent reason on my workstation. It’s not from having a sketchy Internet connection which I understand is an issue. I’ve been told to activate the kill switch in the application but that defeats the purpose of having VPN. Is there a work around or just have to wait for a patch?
