I like Norton but to set up VPN it wants to block most of my websites. Especially the ones I use and they want my location because of the nearest store. I should be able to tap an aloe button is cases like this. It is more than irritating.

Tired of the numerous crashes and having to delete and then re-install this app - also tired of Norton’s pat replies to this problem - it’s not my job to investigate the cause of the numerous problems with this app.

When I switch from wifi to cellular connection for internet based apps such as Walmart, Amazon, email links, my phone gets locked up. Under settings I had to turn off Norton under vpn setting. I would up deleting app from phone because it keeps reverting back to Norton and causing issue.

Love Norton BUT...several services you pay for are not included for Apple users. I must not have read the fine print. 1) Cloud Backup (Windows only) 2) Norton Power (Virus) Erasure does not work on IOS either 3) Password Manager, nope, not available for Apple Also, since December’ish 2020 VPN now goes into ‘Sleep’ mode when you’re not using phone and you have to wait for VPN to reinstate! Not a secure feeling.

I’ve been a customer of Norton antivirus products for decades- currently I’m using 360 on my desktop, and the package allows me to protect other devices, such as my iPhone and iPad without additional cost. Over the years I’ve been alerted to various cyber issues, they have been very helpful. I never start my desktop without first doing the updates for Norton 360- takes a little time but I feel it’s saving me much more time!

I started out with avast antivirus for a few years and was happy with it to an extent until I found out they had completely scam to my mother out of hundreds of dollars for a very basic service. Then, after the pandemic started their customer service was no longer accessible by human to human contact. I can kind empathize in that respect, but taking advantage of my poor old mother was the last straw, unacceptable, and probably illegal as it is abuse of the elderly. So next I tried Norton LifeLock, Norton regular antivirus, etc. At firstSeemed like it was doing its job and protecting my computer against Viruses (Shocker, this is what it should be doing).Next thing that happened and, again, was that the employees were trying to make my mother spent more money than she needed to buy up selling her products that she didn’t need but didn’t know she didn’t need them. Now I get that people try to upsell products, but there is a fine line between up selling a product and doing something more legal which is taking advantage of the elderly (look it up). So after all this nonsense, I canceled Avast and Norton and went with BitDefender, which so far, has had no issues, great support, and all inclusive programs that I’ve discovered so far.I think these crazy people who invent antiviruses should stick to what they’re good at, buying weird animal sanctuaries in foreign countries.... unstable ones at that, and selling drugs (allegedly). Please keep the antivirus work for the professionals

Norton is absolutely TERRIBLE for an ipad or iphone. VPN stops all communications and eventually WILL crash your device, causing you to restor. So make sure you have back-ups. Numerous tries with tech support that takes two hours each. All help is via the Phillipines including Life Lock. This is NOT American based and you will NOT speak to a person in America, I don’t care what Rush Limbaugh said, although it use to be. Do yourself a favor and if you are using an i device STAY AWAY from this product. I is the worst thing. I wish I could rate this a MINUS 5.
