  • Skips videos, too aggressive

AppleTV version marks videos ‘viewed’ the instant they start, even if you immediately exit. With a very aggressive countdown of only 3-4 seconds between videos, this happens quite frequently. After only recently noticing this, I just realized how many “watched” videos I may have missed—I have been an annual subscriber for two years, so I have watched several of courses; without a complete rewatching, I may never fully know all the tidbits I unintentionally skipped because a split-second of the video played before I could stop it.
  • Love the Course, HATE the app

Before when I would download classes they would always incur an error. NOW my ipad app won’t even start. I’ve uninstalled the app twice and it still just sits at the black screen for about 15 seconds then shuts down.

Could be better laid out and the offline viewing should better match Netflix’s near perfect implementation. iPad app is buggy.

This is one of the best, most elegant, all encompassing, useful apps and services I have ever had the pleasure of using. Worth every penny. There's something here for everyone.
  • So glitchy! But great classes.

Wish I could watch the class but have had to re-start the app so often I’m reading about the chef online instead.

Every class is filled with insights and knowledge you can actually use. The filmmaking and screenwriting classes are outstanding. The app is not 100% yet but I highly recommend the all-pass. Worth every penny.

The content is awesome and I love the curated playlists. But the app is buggy as hell. Crashes often. I’m retaking the Scorsese MasterClass a second time and no matter where I stop, when I log on the next time, it returns to the first session. Also, it crashes quite a bit and if I stop for a few minutes then start again, the player skips and freezes and I have to just restart the app. Fix your app and I’ll give you a 5-star rating.

This is so worth it. I worked as a set P.A. on a John Sayles , “Film, Passion Fish”!starring David Stratharin n n Previously I worked on Blaze , Ron Shelton and Haskell Wexler, RIP. I met Micheal Eisner and Jeffrey Kazenberg, then. My first feature was “Everybody’s All American”directed by Taylor Hackford. I got to meet and ride across the set with Sam Sheppard. I got to hang out with Dennis Quaid, John Goodman, Timothy Hutton, Debra Winger, Jessica Lange and Meg Ryan. I was a broken soul . I read for a speaking role with Wayne Knight of Seinfeld fame I did a really bad job networking as I should have, learned more. is helping me so much.
