    For 4 months my Mobile Security App has not been connecting the VPN or the safe bronzing always says another VPN is working before it connects after I must flip the button in the App setting area. Also The Breach Report doesn’t stop verifying Wi-fi VPN switch doesn’t verify for hours. I have tried to report the issue. Only received an email saying they would look into it. I’m paying for A service that is not protecting me. How & to whom exactly do I report this issue to be fixed?????
  • VPN keeps trying to setup when it’s already active and enabled

    Even after the most recent update June 11, 2021 the VPN issue is still not fixed. It is enabled on my phone, in settings but continues to attempt to enable and install. I can turn it off and then turn it back on and it’s good for about 30 minutes. Then it starts setup process all over again. Frustrating!!!!!’

    The app won’t open. Keeps loading but then stops and says it “can’t complete the request. Try again soon.” Try again later and it’s the same issue.

    ATT should provide the enhanced security at no extra cost, not for $4/month extra. It’s their network and their responsibility to keep it secure, not use it as an additional revenue stream.

    App acts like my cell service is not on. App wants me to turn in cell service when cell service is already on. I use my own WiFi. Tower service is limited.

    Ever since I downloaded this App my iPhone will not connect... I have to get rid of this App because I can't use my phone otherwise...
