    I was under the impression this app would block spam callers. It does not.

    I was paying for this subscription for a few months. The app logged me out and every time I request a new pin, nothing comes through. I would like a refund for every month I could not log into this app.

    Suddenly Flashed notice that device had been compromised by 12 virus? Would loose sim, if not all my addresses. Should down load special security app. Kindly provided! Went into action and immediately looked for Carrier information and down loaded for iPhone security. Everything checked with list of possible hacker that took place the last few days if not hours. Immediately saw what happened, who, what, where, and when! Thank you ATT! Thank you Apple for working together! Andra Houston, Texas

    When I put my number in I don’t get a PIN. Yes I am an AT&T wireless customer, yes I entered my number right. Please fix this.

    Some unknown glitch prevents me from authorizing my account and actually using the app. No helpful info given and I'm certainly not going to waste hours with their brainless customer support to try to fix it. Great job at&t.

    This was working well until recently when it started requesting a pin every time I opened the app. I requested a new pin be texted to me, nothing happened. Requested another pin, same thing. Made sure app was updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, keeps asking for pin, finally gave up. Looks like AT&T screwed this up along with their DirecTV app. Thanks! (Insert sarcasm)
