On my brand new iPhone 14 Pro Max, it would not authenticate for some reason. I’ve tried reinstalling it and still doesn’t work.

    AT&T “Call Protect” is better.
  • Well it blocks calls…

    By DoggSpunkyy
The app does it’s job by blocking calls. All calls. Including numbers you have saved to your phone. Went through all the settings to try and allow calls to at least be flagged so I can still receive them but with no luck. Unfortunately missed some extremely phone calls. Customer service stated that the app doesn’t block everything and that I “should” still receive everything. Very frustrating and can’t really get rid of it since it’s apart AT&T’s plan. Good idea. Terrible execution.
  • Could be great, But

    By Workin2live
This app could be great but the call portion of the app has an issue where some of my contacts get blocked and there is no way to reverse or unblock the contact. It shows their number as a valid number and toggling block to unblock does not resolve the issue. So unfortunately I’ve had to delete this app to assure that I receive calls from all of my contacts. I wish they would fix this bug but I see others have been complaining about this for some time now.
  • It is CRAP

    By Yai73
It blocks every single call even from those in my contacts. Is not helping my job search at all. This is ridiculous. I deleted it but still blocks everyone calling me. What a pice of $&*^%@t
  • Doesn’t work

App does not go any further than start screen at all. Tried everything from hard reset/reboot. Installing/uninstalling . It just stays stuck at the pick a plan option .
  • Call protect was better.

    By Digital_Fuel
This app is very clunky and slow. Non intuitive. It no longer handles the proper international formatting (ITU E.164) for incoming overseas calls - instead showing in the call history as 00. Even incoming domestic calls don’t format correctly as +1-222-333-4444. Instead, it’s a bunch of numbers jammed together that are hard to read. Some of the better features from call protect should’ve been ported over to this version. And it doesn’t always catch/flag obvious spam/fraud calls. Some of these scammers repeatedly call within seconds of each other, and that overwhelms the app and backend systems that support the app.
  • Trash

This app is absolutely horrible!! I’ve had it downloaded for 24 hours and have received 16 spam calls since then.
  • Blocking contacts

The switch to this app alone has suddenly started blocking contacts. Including my contact marked in case of emergency. Good job AT&T! I’m about to delete this from my phone…..this needs to be fixed!!!!!
