If a call is noted as Threat Sever or Spam Risk then why isn't it automatically blocked? and why foes the call even come through. You’ve identified the number shut it down and stop letting it bother me. Isn't that the purpose of this app? Yet, I keep having to manually block. Block these. I don't want to deal with them which is why I downloaded the app.
  • Take it to next level.

Like app but it only Works on some calls. Would like to Block all calls that can’t be verified as accurate. How is it that most of these robo/spam calls use fake phone numbers. (If you do a call back get recording number not in service. ). Isn’t there some technology that could ID computer generated fake numbers? That would be great if someone could develop program to eliminate these obnoxious fishing calls..

Upon initial setup, the app asks to verify your phone number by sending a PIN number via text. I’ve tried a dozen times over the course of the day, and and I never receive the PIN number. I understand it could take several minutes, but hours, and still nothing? Days, and still nothing? What a waste of time. Update: tried again a year later only because I’m an AT&T customer and recently came across this on their website, so I thought I would give it another chance... Nope, still can’t get past the pin verification because they aren’t texting me the pin. Here’s the thing: AT&T should offer the Plus upgrade to customers at no extra cost. I pay about $300 a month between Wireless, Uverse, and DirecTV Now... and they want to charge $48 more per year for this service? Ridiculous! Potential customers, do your research, this service is powered by Hiya. I’m now subscribed to Hiya, which is THE SAME SERVICE AT&T IS SELLING YOU, but I’m only paying $15 a year for it. AT&T is gouging you by tripling the price for no significant reason. If ya don’t care about your hard earned money, then continue to pay more than three times the price for the same product... or be smart and switch to Hiya.

When I first got the app I enjoyed the fact that it blocked most unwanted calls. Now, it only blocks a few. Many more get through than it blocks. Disappointing.

What good is a paid version of this app if I block a number and 2 minutes later a call rings through from the EXACT SAME NUMBER!? The first call showed a name on caller ID. The second time it showed the number. Both showed the calls coming from the same place. I manually blocked the first call, sending a report as I did so. Before I even put my phone down, the phone rang again. I answered and it was a different person but from the SAME TELEMARKETING PLACE. I was rather rude to the person and got him to hang up whereupon I ran a number search on the first call to find the second call had come from the EXACT SAME NUMBER I HAD JUST BLOCKED! I’d like a rebate for my first month please. I will keep trying with this blocker but it’s already proving to be ineffective. I just downloaded and set it up yesterday. I’ve used it before and had cancelled it and tried others before coming back to this one after seeing it had been updated and “bugs fixed”. Apparently, it’s still got a lot of bugs. Rebate my first month, please.
