  • Bully Platform

    By Andyy_998
I think the idea behind this app is a good one and I was excited to use it. However, having been on the app for only a short while it seems to mostly be a platform for women to bully and gang up on each other. It’s quite sad to see, motherhood is hard enough as is!
  • My Village!

I signed up when I got pregnant with my boy and I don’t regret it at all. I don’t pay for the waves or anything but still feel I can use the app perfectly. I made so many friends out of it. Next week I’m on a Babyshower of a woman I met her. So it really brought me together with new moms. I love to listen to the pods in the morning. I do feel it’s a safe place for us!

I used to have this app before you had to pay for everything. Now just to see who wants to connect with you, you have to pay 20.00 a month. Absolutely not. What a joke.
  • Expensive and could be more parent friendly

    By Desmodoona
My account stops working a lot and when I contact customer service they ignore the request. I paid for several months of service while it wasn’t working. Some of the features are not parent friendly. For example, if you match with someone you have 24 hrs to message them before they disappear. Moms are busy and that is not at all conducive to a stressed parent’s schedule.
  • Where’s Nuts?

    By Pylesdriver
My wife likes this app to potentially connect with other moms. Wishing the developer would make a version for dads…maybe call it Nuts. Or, Besties with Testes
  • I was banned for not being a woman?

    By mollycakes23
Overall, I really really enjoyed peanut. But after a pretty hectic and somewhat traumatic/stressful day, I wanted to talk to other moms delivering in the same month about what was going on. Imagine my shock when I open the app and am greeted with the message “your account has been banned. Your content broke community guidelines for Not being a woman” 👁️👄👁️ I reached out via email to dispute it, but all I got back was an email that someone would reach out in 48 hours. I’m floored. This was the last thing I needed today, but I guess I’ll wait until someone reaches out…
  • This was a great app

Till they started making you pay to do things. I sent a message trying to make a friend but it “expired” after 24 hours.
  • Difficult app, must pay to use

    By ckv3241567890
This app was recommended to me as a way to meet women with similar interests. It may be straightforward enough for someone who has used similar apps, but the process of joining is not intuitive. The options that popped up when completing my profile were not representative of me and there was no obvious way to bypass the step or go to a list with additional choices. And now I’m trying to remove my profile but there is no easy way to do this.
  • Options aren’t thoughtful for non cis or non het users

While they do ask if you’re pregnant, adopting, fostering, or becoming a parent through surrogacy, there’s no option for me. My wife is pregnant but I’m still going to be a mom… this whole “motherhood” space is super hetero focused and this app seems like it isn’t any different.
  • LOVE IT!!!

it is so hard to find mom friends in the same area of life as me! especially since covid i’ve felt so isolated as a SAHM. peanut presented me with the opportunity to connect with women in my area and it has been so refreshing! the app has live pods you can join to speak about women/mothers issues. there are so many groups to join and it’s so inclusive and such a great environment. we all know now more than ever we can use the support. cheers to building friendships and a community of support 🫶🏼
