    One of the things I wish was better was the caller id. When I get a call from someone in my contacts I wish the name would appear. It just comes through as a “SmartLine” call. Sometimes it would be helpful To know exactly who is calling. Other than that I really enjoy having/ using it.

    I canceled my membership in July and I’ve STILL been getting billed monthly. The date is currently 10/16/21…. I’ve sent emails, uninstalled the app and her I am months later STILL getting billed for a subscription I canceled. UPDATE 11/16/21: I’M STILL BEING BILLED!!!

    1. I wish the Caller ID alerted with the name of caller when it first rings, ala iPhone messaging, and… 2. I wish texts could be responded to on a laptop, same as iPhone messaging.

    Since the latest update, the call comes but you cannot respond. it only let you listen to the voicemail. Please fix. Doesn’t ring, you only get voicemail after the fact.

    When I first used the app years ago the call displayed who was calling and if I didn’t have the caller saved to my contacts then I would at least see the number that’s calling. Every time I receive call the only thing that displays on the screen is “Smartline” . The only time I can see who’s calling is when the call ends. This is very inconvenient. If they can’t do a major update on the app I’m afraid I can’t recommend this to nobody

    Having an issue with my text messages being sent , it has been happening more times then not. Also, calls have been sent to voicemail for no reason. I am unable to reach anyone at customer service to resolve the matter. I use this line for work, and it has become a big inconvenience, meanwhile I am paying 10$ a month.
