    I use nightly and now understand the quality of sleep that I get. It has good advice. However I am really looking at how to stop my snoring. I know it’s related to the twenty pounds I put on three years ago. When I stopped daily exercising. But was hoping to see if increasing my sleep would reduce my snoring and If I am snoring more than once a night and when is it worst?

  • VERY VERY Inaccurate Sleep Tracking

    I don’t know who are these people giving all 5 star, they have no idea how inaccurate their sleep tracker is. I test this app for two weeks with Apple watch 6 and 5 compared with Fitbit Blaze and HR. In 14 days of sleep this app sleep tracker showed 10-20% incorrect results every day consistently, Apple watch both 5 - 7 % and Fitbit results are most accurate and surprisingly to the minutes, I don’t know how they do it. I gave 3 star because the look and feel of the app is good, but the core function is totally broken. To developers: I have the data I can send you guys to look at.

    Helping me follow my heart rate while I’m being treated for Lyme Disease, I can watch my heart beat get better each night, love this app and recommend it
  • wish we could add our own tags

    overall i love thé app but i REALLY WISH we could add our own sleep tags instead of having to choose from canned groups. In trying to really understand if certain things I do promote better or worse sleep and the tags really help the app determine this BUT they are missing SO MANY things therefore having a feature where we could type in our own tags would make this app perfect. overall though amazing. hope developers make this an option eventually 🙌🏻🙌🏻

    I really love this app, it’s easy to use and definitely helps sort out sleep issues! 2 quick feedback items: 1. On the new Blood Ox tips in case you aren’t getting data, you may want to add a note to check that the watch is set to measure while in Theatre Mode. 2. A tag for having taken a medication that you have found makes you drowsy (which partly invalidates the accuracy of the “do you feel rested?” data)
  • Unreliable

    I like the app, the idea of it, but it definitely is not accurate at least not with my iPhone 11. When paired with My iPhone 8, I get very disrupted and only light sleep. I rarely get deep sleep and only for a few minutes when I do. This is probably more accurate, thought I hope I get more deep sleep than it records. When paired with my 11, I sleep like a baby, getting about 50% deep and light sleep. It usually notices when I get up to use the restroom but not if I just wake for a bit and go back to sleep. When it does know I get up, it usually thinks I go right back back to sleep even if I am awake for an extended period. Also, yesterday, I forgot to replace the watch after showering and it recorded the whole day as me ( light) sleeping when it was home and I was at work. You would at least think it would recorded it as deep sleep with no heartrate and no movement.

  • Apple Watch Series 6 app frozen

    Just bought the Apple Watch series 6 and was taking full advantage of what the watch can do. This did great on the first night don’t get me wrong, super awesome, but now it’s frozen on its load screen with the twirling circles, top left says report. That’s all. Steps I’ve taken: 1. Deleted and reinstalled 2. Had it tried loading forever lol 3. Deleted it again. Rinse and repeat all steps after a hard reset on the watch and then reinstalled it. 4. Rinse and repeat all steps with it still installed after a hard reset on the watch. 5. Closed it out. Honestly nothing changed it whatsoever. If it doesn’t want to work, then I’m sadly going to have to cancel my plan with ya.
